This was done quickly and didn't end up adding any time to the job, they actually finished before they said they would be done, even with the extra work that needed to be done to level and grind down the concrete! I first checked on Facebook for recommendations and their company was highly recommended. I had put in for a consult and within minutes I got an e-mail to set us up for a measurement. We then went into the office and picked out carpet first. We put in our order back in June. After ordering that, we found some vinyl we liked and ordered it mid-July while awaiting the carpet. The carpet was taking forever to be delivered, with multiple delays. We actually received our vinyl before the carpet was ever delivered. Finally, come beginning of August we reached out to Cranmore again, as we had not heard about the carpet and it had already been almost 2 months since we initially ordered it. We heard back from the company, that they would make it right. They gave us a discount and upgraded us to a better carpet that they had in stock since they weren't able to tell us when ours would be delivered. The end result was the vinyl, and carpet looks amazing, and we are very happy with it. We understand things happen out of their control, but in the end they made it right.

They used a series of independent contractors (no employees) to complete our work which was shotty to say the least. All grout lines are inconsistent, edging is off on many places, and floor sloping is not right. Tiffany never called to check in and Art never answers or returns a call (only texts), and they didn't even bother to come see the completed work either. Had they bothered to come look at completed product they would've see a yard full of tile fragments/trash and white spray from tile saw all over the yard since they didn't tarp. They left all the boxes from tile sitting in side yard, their lunch drinks and trash on our bathroom counters, and drips of grout/mortar stuff everywhere. And finally they threw a bag of leftover grout over the wall since they didn't want to bother opening the gate. So I spent hours cleaning up and will have to wait for a ton of rain for my yard to ever look okay again. I have to paint the walls around the project from them needing to hire a drywall expert and deal with a final result that, being very generous is okay. I would never recommend them to anyone and would actually highly recommend using anyone else.

Had a great experience with One Stop Tile Shop. All the employees are friendly are accommodating…read more They have a nice selection of solid flooring, backsplashes and more. Ordering was flawless. Returning unused unopened material was easy peasy. Andy even researched information on the tile we picked out and made sure we got it right away from thr same lot as the sample we had fallen in love with. They are not the least expensive, but they are competitive and they quoted us the same price as we received from another company without knowthing their price. The do charge freight. Thr big box stores/home improvement stores don't. I still went with One Stop to guarantee getting the tile from the lot we liked and to support local businesses. They had been so good to us for over a year. We ordered off of the measurements my husband gave along with the company who installed our flooring. Plus a cushion. Note needed materials can change for many reason different reasons. We had travertine downstairs so when installing in our family room they needed to use an extra thick layer of thinset to raise it up higher which was an added cost later. Things are unforseen sometimes. My husband works with flooring contractors and understands this. We also wanted to be able to go upstairs where our bedrooms were so we upgraded some of the thinset to rapid set. That way we could walk on it a couple of hours after install rather than the following morning. They do not install flooring as they are not licensed. They do offer business cards to you of companies they know. I highly recommend you use your own. Research reviews, or go with a recommendation from someone you know. Some helpful advice having flooring installed. Double check the tile and make sure that it is what you ordered. Not home? Use your cell phone and photos! Make sure it is being installed properly. Not home? Ask for a photo of a small dry layout or once they are starting a photo of the first few feet. Wrap electronics in plastic. Cover furniture. Flooring contractors don't do this. We would all love for it to be a perfect world, but unfortunately the trade world is far from it and you need to keep up with what is going on. Even long distance. Make sure you have a cushion of funds for thr unforseen in case something comes up. If One Stop doesn't have a tile you like give them thr information and more than likely they can get it for you!
