Most of the companies were nice to deal with while one was an absolute horror. The one thing that these other companies did not address that Joe with Jon's Seamless Gutters did was address the issue of how to direct the water after it came out of the downspout. This item was very important to me as the home was having a water intrusion problem and Joe, without any prompting from me went over this in his evaluation. The estimate that I received from Joe wasn't the highest nor was it the lowest but due to Joe's attention to detail it is what made me decide to go with Jon's Seamless Gutters. At first ABC seemed like a great value.. low cost of installation for new gutters and guards…read more Unfortunately, now that some time passed, the craftsmanship and quality are not holding up. When contacted, ABC decided to deflect and blame the roof (keep in mind no issue for years before the change in gutters) as the issue. Upon requesting them to come out and take a look to fix the issue they responded it would come at a cost.. which I agreed is fine. After several attempts to get someone onsite to diagnose and repair the issue they stopped responding to me. I've since asked other professionals to review and diagnose the issue. As one can see from the photos, a drainage issue was created by installing the gutter guard under the shingle and above the drip edge which created a bump/gap and does not allow water to roll down into the gutter. The issue is exacerbated now that it's had a few years to present itself as shown by the dark staining on the plywood. I now must pay out of pocket to fix the issue at a cost equal to or greater than what ABC originally charged me for installation of all new gutters.

I had never filed a claim with my insurer and I was not sure what the process was or how I would get my roof fixed. Your company came recommended from a co-worker and I'm really glad I called you guys. From the moment I called the customer service was 5-Star all the way. Bryon was my service rep and he represented your brand to the highest every time he came by. He initially came out and checked my roof, attic, ceilings, etc. and then he came back the very next day and met with my insurance adjuster to ensure I got a fair review. Once approved, he took the time to go over several samples, colors, and options available to me. He's a friend now and he's welcome to stop by anytime lol. Dave was my on-site rep the day of the roof installation and he and his team showed up on time ready to go to work. When I got home I had a new roof, my driveway was clear and there was not a nail in sight. They did an awesome job. He notified me as needed throughout the day of their progress and I didn't have a thing to worry about. Lastly, Alexis was the voice over the phone that called me and provided updates and confirmations throughout my service. I really appreciated how she stayed on top of everything. He accepted full responsibility for the missed follow-up, explaining in detail about the disconnect and how he understood how it was perceived. I appreciate that he owned the mistake without making excuses. He explained how exceeding expectations & their reputation are a major part of the RM brand. He did request to earn my business. My original review reflected my experience at the time it was written. While the communication breakdown was frustrating, I also believe it's fair to acknowledge when a company responds professionally and takes accountability. I have updated my review to reflect the complete experience. Original post July 6th I submitted an online inquiry and never received a response. A week later, I emailed and was told they had not received my original inquiry. The inspector arrived early, and the inspection itself was thorough. He took the time to explain the roof, gutters, attic conditions, attic fans, and other findings. I was told the remaining information would be documented after confirming the shingle information with the office. The next morning, I received three photos and was asked about my availability to sign the AOI. I replied that I was flexible. I was told I would receive a call later that day after other appointments. I never received a call, text, or email. As of Monday evening, there has still been no follow-up. While I appreciated the thorough inspection, the lack of communication and failure to follow through on promised updates made it difficult for me to move forward.

Sergio has the gift of gab and will ramble on about supposed animal habits for whatever you're dealing with...enough to make you think he knows what he's doing or until you absolutely have to excuse yourself as to not waste more time. Ultimately, he's not scared of dealing with rodents/pests, but any sort of follow up work to prevent pests from returning will be shabby, that is if you're able to get him to return. I spent three months hearing excuses (ex. car problems, family problems, other clients, etc.) before he finished "reinforcing" my roof so that raccoons would not reenter. Do yourself a favor and go with a name brand company or a referral.

Reckless and negligent…read more Apart from terrible communication and excuses, the guy who came out to remove squirrels and mice from our attic left about 20 long sharp metal objects on our roof when he couldn't finish a job. One of the objects fell off, almost hitting someone. He shrugged when I showed him. He then left a packet of rodent poison out in our PLAYROOM and my 1 year old baby got ahold of it! Thank GOD my baby didn't eat it and is fine, but it is horrifying what could have been had we not grabbed it from her immediately. I wouldn't trust these guys for anything. RUN. FIND ANYONE ELSE.
