The first cat we got was sweet and such a nice cat, but not neutered. The second cat we named Osama Bin Kitty, the attack cat. After about 3 weeks we returned him as he constantly attacked everything & everyone. Then we moved to Indiana. About 6 months later we received a notice that if we didn't show records that the first cat was neutered, an arrest warrant would be issued for us. We had to travel back to Troy to have the cat neutered and the records provided to them. That was the last time for us.

The new director doesn't know what the contracts say, they denied my foster dog his vet prescribed medication for a week! They will also not provide you food for your foster dog. They are shutting down the dog program and do not want the public knowing. There is still shady stuff happening there. We will not be back. We are unsure what happened to our dog during her grooming session. She…read morespent the rest of the day, into the evening whimpering and walking in circles after coming home from being groomed. She was also licking the back of her legs incessantly? She acted like someone had hit her? like she was afraid? We thoroughly inspected her for injuries and we found none; however, we found that her underside was not even washed (had loose stool still in her fur), so we had to wash her bottom and trim her hair down there (after we paid $85 plus tip) Also her grinch paws were not trimmed sufficiently and her nails were still long. We ended up giving her Trazadone to relax her, which helped. She acted sickly for 2 days after being groomed. Then, a week after that we found that she had a raging ear infection that cost us $176 at the vet. Be careful if you plan to us this company. I did file a complaint with the BBB.
