It is well lit and organized, super fun to walk around and explore the options. The employee who helped me out, Wayne, was very knowledgeable and passionate about leather making. He showed me his work in the shop and walked with me to pick out things that I may need to get into the hobby. You can tell he is really there to help you rather than trying to upsell you things you do not need. Which I ended up buying maybe more than what I need anyways since it was such a pleasant experience. 10/10 recommend and would be back again!

It needed a full replacement of the main zipper along with a few minor repairs. These folks are consummate professionals who clearly respect both materials and workmanship. The quality of the work is exceptional--you would never know any repair had been done. There is a shit ton of shoes when you come in, I am guessing most people that drop off then never pick up. Makes you feel like he will never get to your order but my experience has been he is really quick. Decent price for the work he did $16 to save a $300 pair or boots, obviously not worth it if you have cheaper shoes which seems to be the way things are going today. Great with soles, leather etc, not sure how he is with canvas but we will find out that next. Cash only, not open on Mondays don't lose your ticket his filing/organizational system is not the best. Needed a desk for my office and in my mind I knew what I wanted but really didn't. Friend recommended this place so while on vacation I popped in for a look. The store associates were very helpful in directing me to what I ultimately purchased which was one of those stand up / sit down desks. Ken was my helper and I am sure he too would say I was very easy to work with. My only criticism comes on the delivery side of the business. I'm not fitting this large desk in my car so I chose to pay the $50 to have it delivered. The delivery took place a few days later and unfortunately it was the day where we had this lovely early spring blessing of snow. I would have liked to have seen the desk wrapped in a blanket for protection from not only the weather but the hand truck and large rocks on my walk path as well. Desk was placed down in the wet, snow covered grass to be plugged in to lower the table size as it was extended when brought over. I was aware enough once brought into the house to clean the bottoms off before placed on the hardwood floors. The two gentlemen were not the brightest bulbs in the box but I did thank them for the delivery and gave them some water. Overall happy with my purchase and long overdue. I would recommend coming here before going to your big box stores like a staples.
