Be careful as she is very unprofessional no one should be spoken to the way she spoke to Karen especially in front of a customer. He insisted I had to have an X-ray of my neck, I asked what for? I know exactly why I have neck pain, it's from carrying my kids on one side and sleeping wrong. I had no serious injury.
