This…read morewas the gym at Greater Carollwood. abbey, i requested cancellation december 31, 2025, my last day at the gym, before leaving the state. i was assured my membership was cancelled, when i went up to the desk to make sure, before i left. a very nice gentleman told me: "you have nothing to worry about! your membership is cancelled. you do not need any print-out, it is in the computer." he had opened the computer and entered data, as i stood there at the desk. you owe me for 6 months of the monthly fees, january through june, as well as the yearly fee, you charged to me in february of this year. you said it shows in the computer my last visit was december 31st, 2025. i have called and called and called you as well as billing over these last months. i have put a negative review, reporting your behavior, to the bbb as well as a couple of other places, including planet fitness. in the process, i discovered there are many one star reviews. i expect full payment for the illegitimate charges asap! i'm in shock at the unjust charges! it feels communistic. billing has told me as soon as you give them authorization they will credit me! i need reimbursement immediately for: $16.13 x six months totalling $96.78 + $52.68 for the yearly fee you charged me in february. you owe me: $149.46 total and i expect you to have the integrity and customer care to refund me in full asap. hoping and praying you will give billing authorization to pay me. sincerely, joyce redger
