I always enjoy talking to Melody, the receptionist, whenever I go in. Heather, my hygenist, is personable but knows it's difficult to talk when you've got a polisher and suction thing in your mouth. Her scare tactics got me flossing something fierce! Finally, Dr. Alston is a dentist with some people skills. After years of dreading going to the dentist (or just not going altogether), I enjoy going now. I love the feeling of leaving with a clean mouth!

Not only did we get the chance to meet and greet, but they even had a "Fun" free introduction day for kids. They did the office up in Dr. Seuss theme, with a free goodie bag (including a full Dr. Seuss book!), tour of the dental chair and tools, face painting, craft stations and much more. Although Springbank Dental is quite a bit of a drive out of my way, Dr. Szott and his staff make it worthwhile. I am actually wanting to transfer over myself from my close to home dentist.
