Really great scenery for picture taking! The inside is filled with antiques and is fully furnished, which could be a negative depending on the amount of people you are expecting. My friend had about 20-25 guests at her shower, which was held in the one of the dining rooms and we had just enough room. Had there been more people, it would have been too crowded. Unless you speak with the owners about clearing some of the furniture out, you will not have much space to work with unless you use multiple rooms. We were able to utilize the kitchen to prepare the food that was to be served at the shower. I was shocked to see they still had a gas stove- in 2013. Old school, right? I recommend this place if you're planning an intimate event such as a shower, party, or something of that nature that causes for a vintage theme. If that is the case, Greystone Manor is your place. If you're expecting it to be very modern, then you may want to look elsewhere because it is so not that, and I'm not stating this in a negative way. I highly suggest touring the home before having an event here to ensure this venue will best accomodate your event and meet your expectations.

The wedding was held outside with a beautiful view of the mountains and as the sun is setting it is stunning! There is a kitchen for food preparation, a grooms room for the guys to gather and the brides room upstairs is gorgeous with plenty of room for the gals to get ready. There are men's and women's restrooms right off the great room. The decor is farmhouse chic and so adorable! It was a pleasure to interact with the owners and the housekeeping staff at the end of the evening when we were packing up our decorations, etc. I highly recommend this venue for your special events!

Be weary of this place. It's all about how much money the management is making. I got married there…read moreand after the wedding was refused my security deposit back because a "trash can lid" was missing. We were notified of this at 3 AM the night of the wedding, very courteous timing. However, I had picture evidence where the trash can lid was missing before we even got to have our rehearsal ceremony and dinner. In addition, the owners of the venue were in charge of taking out trash during the whole weekend, yet somehow weren't accountable for keeping up with the trash can lids. When we asked about camera footage the very next day, the 22nd of July, we were told they would look into it. Conveniently, all camera footage cleared the next day, the 23rd and they hadn't checked footage yet. Very convenient. In conclusion, while I can provide proof I did not steal or lose this trash can lid, I was still held responsible by the owners and charged when I should not have been. Check out legacy acres instead.
