He even retracted our damaged awning so we could still use our deck space in the interim. We submitted our claim and received our approval to replace our awning the following Monday. We placed our Sunsetter order with Awning Solutions and were told it could take up to 2-3 weeks for it to arrive. We had a family reunion scheduled 3 weeks from our order date and hoped it would arrive in time. UPS wasn't delivering our Sunsetter in a timely fashion and Rusty offered to drive to Saginaw to pick it up 2 days before our reunion. Awning Solutions went above and beyond making sure that our awning arrived AND was installed in time for our family reunion. Great company, even better customer service! Thank you

After I ordered the cover, I called and left a message stating that I would like to add a wind sensor and would like him to call me back with a price. He never called and the installer just showed up with the wind sensor. After the installation, I thought the awning was working fine but, within a day or two, it would not stay open. Then it started opening mid way and retracting again. Called sales person and left a message explaining what was happening. He never called back. Have tried to fix it on my own, was unsuccessful, and then it was too hot to be out on the deck and try to reprogram the remote. I'm 81 yrs old. I don't need this aggravation. Now that it's cooler, I guess I'll try again with my friend. Bottom line is I have a new awning cover but I haven't been able to use it since June. I, therefore, would not recommend this company to anyone.

Also better fabric selection with the Marygrove models from what I saw where we were definately more enamored with their fabrics over their main competition which was a big deal for us. As a tip, when you do your competitive analysis/quotes make sure you do an apples to apples comparison where you look at all the variables. The competition will reel you in with the low cost less robust model and then persuade you to upgrade with what Marygrove offers as standard. Just my two cents here.

Don't bother ordering from them…read more I placed an order for shutters months ago and have not yet even received an update on when they *might* be ready to ship, let alone when they'll actually arrive. Their website quote/unquote 'estimates' 4-6 weeks, but after ordering the truth comes out: they will go mostly-to-totally non-responsive, and MAY ship in 3-6 MONTHS. I say 'may' because they won't even bother giving an updated estimate. This is just bad customer relations; not because they're delayed or backlogged (stuff happens, and I think most customers would understand that), but because they feel entitled to keep customers in-the-dark on any kind of estimated time of completion. This is unrealistic (in addition to being bad optics) as people have to have at least a general idea of when they might be ready so that people can be...for example...AT HOME the day...or even week...it arrives. And keep in mind they definitely bill you in advance. But they feel they can construct and ship whenever they feel like it and feel no obligation to provide any estimates on when any of that might occur. I suggest you give this company a hard pass.
