Brandon took my call and was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He took care of everything in one phone call, in 15 minutes I had brought the new appliance and arranged delivery, installation and removal. I had an excellent experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend and shop here again myself. The delivery team arrived exactly as they had said, keeping us updated and informed of progress. They were efficient, clean and friendly and took all of the packaging and the old appliance away after installing the new appliance. What an easy experience.

Got the run-around - they were sending me a link where I was to send in a video of the door not closing (seriously?). They got my email address wrong. Finally straightened that out, and was dealing with a different person. Sent photo and video then, a week and a half later, finally received an email from the manufacturer on Friday asking me to phone and confirm an appointment for Monday (today). They're closed all weekend so couldn't phone to confirm but I set aside the day to wait around. Phoned the number this morning and was given another song and dance about how this isn't an appointment. Sure sounds like it was, as the email from the manufacturer says, "calI to confirm the appointment date and time". Now I wait, again, for a call with a confirmed appointment. Sure glad this isn't a fridge or freezer with a door that doesn't shut. Haven't heard squat from our salesperson - how about a follow-up call after delivery to see how things are going? Trail Appliances has washed their hands of us - handed us to an applicance repair company in town and to the manufacturer of our appliance who can't seem to coordinate things before contacting us. And as I go to post this, right below the box is: "This review is looking pretty epic! Nice!" Get your act together Trail.

Grant went out of his way to fix me up. I am not a dummy, but I am not a professional plumber. I am a JOAT. Sometimes I did not know what to call a fitting. He was patient and helpful. Paid cash. NO account. There was a woman who helped me the second time and she would not help me with information or advice. I was supposed to know, since they were selling wholesale to "professionals" who should know... if the are licensed. I did not have a part number for a gas regulator (and no specifications, other than a "red" one, so I was out of luck. So, I have no issues with this place, other that their limited inventory and slight reluctance to deal with a novice homeowner.

Long story, short, the lumber was never delivered, but he is thriving. In fact, he called Windsor Plywood in Parksville today, over a YEAR later, and asked if a partial refund with a restocking fee would be possible. The store manager gave him a FULL refund, no restocking fee, and immediately credited his credit card, which means, as my Dad, so intelligently pointed out, it cost them money in credit card fees twice over and they didn't ask for a dime in consideration! We thought this level of customer service no longer existed. We are so grateful to Windsor Plywood for proving us so wrong. If you need lumber, get it from Windsor Plywood - they treat you right!
