I used a Glendale team at my old apartment (it was 2-3 people) and they always did an exceptional job for a reasonable price, cleaning every inch of the apartment including the stairs. I moved to the Valley and reached out to Oscar about a team out here. I specifically wanted just the floors and bathrooms cleaned, since it's a larger square footage and I already clean the kitchen and bedrooms thoroughly myself. Have you ever been someone's client, and wished they were your boss instead? Working with Oscar and his team of excellent cleaners is like that. This guy just GETS IT. In our first meeting, Oscar came over to walk through my house and scope out the project. He talked about his detail-oriented approach, explained how important it was to him that dust is removed (using their HEPA back-mounted vacuums), and quoted to me one of my favorite saying, "If it isn't written down, it isn't true!" YES! We got all of our project requirements down in writing so that both he and I were clear on what I should expect his team to accomplish. Well, surprise surprise! He didn't just meet the bar we had set... he makes it a point that he gets everything down in writing so that his team can EXCEED your expectations! He went above and beyond and cleaned details of my house that I didn't even know existed. You know how some chairs have pads on the feet? Well, I have hardwood floors. He CLEANED those pads so that the chairs wouldn't spread dust back onto the freshly-cleaned floors. This is stuff I never would have thought of. Oscar has decades of experience that he brings to the table, and it really shows. When his team showed up for the job, he introduced each of them to me by name so I knew exactly who was going to be in my house. And these aren't voiceless, faceless minions -- these are individuals who are happy working with each other and care about their work. They have respect for one another, for me, and for themselves. They watch each other and check each others' work to make sure every surface and every nook of your house is cleaned. Most professions which use this type of buddy system have someone's LIFE hanging in the balance (look up "buddy system" on Wikipedia!) -- Oscar uses it to make sure you get the best house cleaning you'll ever see in your life. Oh, and what I can't get over is the fact that his team of three other cleaners spent 7 hours in my house, getting into immaculate shape, and the price was amazingly affordable.
