He took care of buying a new toilet and found the exact same model we had in our other bathrooms, even ten years later. He came when he said he would, took care to not to damage our floors, and took pictures/videos to document everything he did. Because he is knowledgeable about all facets of home building and remodeling, he showed me where the floor under the base of the toilet was not prepared properly, and how he screwed down a metal plate that was never bolted during the building process.
