I scheduled an appointment at 8:30a for a COVID/FLU test at 11:15am. Drove there just to be told…read morethat they accepted the appointment but there wasn't anyone qualified to administer the test. The person who was supposedly in charge said she'd "mess it up if I tried." They did offer me an appointment for 2:45p but as you can imagine, I'm sick and don't feel like running back and forth for an appointment they originally accepted and said they could do. If the person isn't fully qualified, maybe you shouldn't leave them alone let alone hire them.

I helped staff find my package based on the box measurements provided by FedX. Nowhere on the label was my name, just "store manager" hence some confusion finding it. Image quality (on mugs) was too dark and the text was illegible. Would not recommend until they make some improvements. Staff was friendly and tried to help, but I think they are victims of a broken system and are not sufficiently supported.

This CVS is hit or miss. Just like with most other locations, this location can be amazing at…read moremorning and evening hours but super swamped and a discombobulated location at all other hours. This could be because of the lite staffing, the high volume area that it serves, etc. We have medication for our dog that we pick up from this location once a month. We've utilized both the drive through and the in-store checkout to get her prescription. Some days it's super speedy and there aren't any issues. Other days, it's an absolute disaster. Overall, I give this location four stars due to the amount of crazies it has to deal with as well with appearing to be as understaffed as they are. This is a healthhub location as well which gives customers the options for essentially doctors visits and routine shot administration. It's a clean and well organized location but I do hope that they find ways to work out peak hour rushes.

Automated phone reminder about a refill was never received by me at…read moremy home phone. I then called 410-823-3900 automated line. AI did not recognize my date of birth multiple times. AI did not recognize my date of birth when keyed in on my telephone either. I left a voicemail indicating my date of birth, my prescription name, and prescription number to be filled. I arrived at the store the next day and signed in. The system had no record of my refill request. Then I was directed to stand in the drop offline. The employee at the drop off line apologized, found my refill info, and entered the request into the system. Then I waited for it to be filled and then waited in line to check out. Furthermore, usually store coupons are printed with my receipt. None today! When I asked the checkout person about the coupons, he said that only the receipt printed (obviously).

The last time I went, it was literally less than 5 minutes for a new prescription.They're quick! They are even polite and helpful on the phone when I called with a question in the middle of the night. They're usually pretty well stocked but the only thing that freaks me out is that there's a guard at the door. I get scared for my safety as to him looking around around the store. I haven't used the drive thru but I do find that this is my go-to drug store because of its quick pharmacy. It's also close to Wawa and a few ways to get out of the parking lot. I always have gotten a space near the front of the store.
