I waited about 8 minutes without anyone even looking up or acknowledging me. So, I finally asked if there was anyone serving customers. One of the workers just looked up and said "No". I was a little shocked at his rudeness..then he said "the deli is shut down for cleaning the machines'. So, I said I would do some shopping and come back, which I did. But, here's my complaint..why didn't they put a sign up to let people know that they weren't helping customers, due to cleaning. Wouldn't that have been nice? Instead of just ignoring me..they could have said "Sorry, can you come back, we're in the middle of cleaning"? Such a simple thing, and yet no one bothered.

My complaint was not taken seriously, for Crystal just offered a $25 Weis food card, which was insulting, for I was cheated multiple times for more than double that, and the customer service department should NEVER treat any customer with such disrespect, and any manager of any type should not condone it, which I believe occurred.

We picked up some Chorizo from Mexico and Argentina. As well some spices (Tajin) and a good variety of fresh bakery items. Cash only so bring the Greenbacks! Service was friendly and they let us in after their closing time (6pm) which was a nice touch. This is the spot in Bel Air for your Latina groceries and delicacies!

Whether you judge donuts on being fresh reasonably priced or creative this place is the winner. Their donuts are half the price of DD or a similar shop and they are always fresh. Whether I stop at lunch or after work the donuts are always fresh. The only thing that keeps me from stopping here every day is a parking lot which can get a little busy and hard to get out of. At one point, the manager tried to make an example out of him and told all of his coworkers "this is how you shouldn't act as an employee and then said his name." Very Very unprofessional!!!

The foods out of date, between rotting/moldy meringue pie being put in the clearance section, unrefridgerated. The candy section is out of date. Cream cheese left on shelves just to rot and be put back in the refrigerator days later. They are constantly out of stock of most items, the workers are lazy, the self checkout have layers of slime on them and could easily be cleaned down but aren't. It's a sad experience to come to this store.
