Today I had the worst massage experience of my life. I booked an appointment on Labor Day at 7:30 PM. I arrived at the salon, was shown into a room, undressed, and then, surprisingly, waited quite a long time for the masseuse. Usually, the masseuse arrives within about five minutes, but this time it was around ten minutes. When the masseuse finally came in, she asked what level of massage I'd like, and I chose a medium level. The masseuse started to prepare my body for the massage, and pretty quickly brought in hot stones, which seemed odd because usually stones are brought in closer to the end of the massage. Then the masseuse started moving the hot stones all over my body without any actual massage techniques. At some point, I got very hot and had to ask them to switch to a classic massage. What happened next was even more surprising: the masseuse put oil on my back, took off her shoes and socks, and stood on my back with bare feet. Her feet were rough and unprepared for any kind of foot massage technique. I hoped this would end quickly, but it went on, and there were absolutely no proper massage techniques--just pressing randomly on my back, shoulders, and arms. It was completely uncomfortable and unpleasant, especially since the feet were rough and unsuitable for this. After that, the masseuse switched to using her hands on my back, again with no real technique, and it was not relaxing at all. My conclusion is that this person had no experience, no license, no skills, and was not a real masseuse. She could have caused serious harm by standing on my back, which is against any common sense and safety standards. In the end, they charged me $70, which is completely unacceptable. I hope the owner sees this message and contacts me, because I booked through a phone number and received a text message confirmation. If any further details are needed, I'm ready to provide them at any time. read more

Very disappointed! Especially finding out that this spa is managed by the same people at Buddha Spa, Boca Raton, I just visited & rated highly! I arrived 1/2hr. Early, but male therapist started 10 min late. Language barrier. He, the manager & female therapist who stepped in for him when I complained, didn't understand Swedish massage & medium strength which I requested to all. He also left the door open which I've never seen anywhere! The female therapist was better but she seemed like she didn't want to replace him & was too rough. Even causing me a leg cramp! She shorted the time by 10 min. Even after I told her he started late. I informed the manager I was unhappy & she offered 30 min. Free the next time I book. Which I have NO desire to go back there! Momo was a treat she explained that the Groupon only gives them 25 dollars for the purchase and that she would give me the same price she also added they had availability in 30 minutes it was the perfect relieve for a difficult and very estressfull day and my back was so knotted it was really painful. This massage place is weird. It had a horrible odor in the reception area. Smelled like someone smoked in here. I never got introduced to my massage therapist. The lady in the reception greeted me and brought me to my room, i got undressed and layed down and than the massage therapist came in without introducing himself ( I didnt even knew if it was a male or female?) The massage started, didnt asked me for any preferences on pressure or areas to focus on. After about 15 min he hasked me if the pressure is right. Thats when i found out it was a male massage therapist. I told him to use a little bit less pressure. It was still to much! The massage itself was ok, nothing special. I had way better ones. The oil and products they used were very basic too. Wouldnt go back! I'd rather spend $15 more and go to a professional, clean place. read more

We had some time between our flights and decided to get a massage. We walked in without an appointment and they were able to take us within 15 minutes for a couples massage. We got complimentary wine while we waited for our mousses. We also got to pick out which oil we wanted which was really nice. Update: Went for the 3rd time today and will most likely be my last time. I came at opening for a 10am appt, which was probably the mistake I made of coming so early as only one person was working. The initial room the sheets appeared dirty, which I was told was makeup that wouldn't come off, but I was still uncomfortable. Thankfully we switched rooms. My massage maybe began around 10:17am. My massage was fine, however the rooms need to be sound proof. During the massage I would hear the door opening and closing from either people that work there or customers. I would also constantly hear water running from someone possibly washing their hands. I even could hearing someone speaking on the phone on speaker phone, so I could hear both sides of the conversation. That's not even the worst. In the middle of my massage, another employee came in and started talking to the person performing my massage. What in the world? I was in complete disbelief and the conversation would've continued on it I did not say something. I have been getting massages monthly for 3 years and this has NEVER happened before. I maybe had another 10 minutes of my massage left when someone else came in again saying that my person had ahi her appointment a guy would be taking over for an extra 10 minute foot massage I earned, EVEN THIUGH MY ACTUAL PAID BODY MASSAGE WAS NOT YET OVER.
