The space is set up so cute and loved the relaxing music that played throughout my massage. Victoria uses hot rocks in her massage, which I had never had before and they make the massage phenomenal. Victoria not only can tell all your stressed areas of your body but she helps me mentally when I'm super stressed out! It's a complete body and mental health treatment! Driving to the location only to be turned away was frustrating and felt very unprofessional. The interaction left us feeling unwelcome, and based on the way we were treated, we were left with concerns that our race may have played a role in the experience. While we cannot know the employee's intentions, the encounter left a very negative impression. I hope the business improves its scheduling process and customer service so future customers are treated with professionalism and respect.
