I asked an employee if she could check the stockroom for a product I was looking for. I waited for about 20 minutes, but she never came back. I even spoke to another associate, who told me that the stockroom was large and that it could take some time. However, when I went to the checkout area, I saw the employee standing near the front of the store chatting with another coworker. I was disappointed because I spent a significant amount of time waiting for assistance that never came. I will continue shopping here because my previous experiences have always been positive, but I hope more attention is given to customer service and respecting customers' time.
