My husband and I went in for 120 minute massages with Amy and another one of their staff and I'm never going anywhere else. It was THE BEST massage ever. Very relaxing, very thorough, and very very intensive. They really put in the effort. Very clean, direct service, hot stones, lavender scents, stretches, and even a wipe down so you don't go home all greasy. Oh also, I'm so disappointed to see 1 and 2-star reviews, but thank you for qualifying your ratings with the rationale that the massages were "too intense" or "too rough". I read those comments and immediately thought "Perfect! That's what I'm looking for!" And my suspicion was correct! They even give you a frequent buyer card!

Yesterday I went in for a massage as the right side of my back had been hurting and I asked for a regular Swedish 60 minute massage. The masseuse kept trying to sell a deep tissue massage but I declined. Then for the pain in my back, she suggested a topical oil "medicine" which she said has been a fan favorite by other clients. I was skeptical and she said it was only an additional $5 so I opted for it. While the medication felt nice, the massage was mediocre but still did the job. What bothered me the most was that when I went to go pay, the woman then quoted me $10 for the medication. Her colleague agreed that it was $10 and I'm sure that may be the price however, my masseuse told me $5 in the room. She then began to raise her voice and shout that she never said that. There wasn't much that I could do since it was post-service. To top it all off, both women demanded a minimum of a 20% tip for their services for both me and my husband. I have no problem tipping but when it is demanded and the minimum starts at 20% - that is ridiculous. Tips are welcomed not required. I truly feel cheated and scammed and will not recommend this place to anyone any longer. There are many other massage places that are better in terms of quality, care, and cost that are deserving of your business.
