I have submitted a delete review request, and do not know why the review is still active. However, it's incredibly unprofessional to share details on who has and has not toured the facility. From a privacy perspective, I would expect more from a preschool. Regarding this particular Keller location, my nephew attended school here a year ago. He is on the spectrum, within one week he was asked not to return. The facility did not contact him directly, rather was told not to return by a note in his lunchbox.

The people at the front office are so nice and really good understanding needs. Only thing I would change is the parents portal online which now it's not really a tool, it's just there with your info. I'd love to be able to control my payments, and see documentation, etc. Overall great experience for the kids. 10 stars

Your review will follow these employees should they seek other opportunities. And for the record, my granddaughter is not 100% white and we have had zero problems. So If they can not even find my child's records or application in the system, how can we rely on them to really care for our children for 8 hours a day?? I worked with Hannah about 2 months prior to starting my child at this daycare and provided her application form, payment details and my child's vaccination records, but she forgot to run the application as well as she forgot to put my child on waiting list. When I called a week prior before starting my child, Jennifer (the director) answered the call and she was not able to find my child's application. Since Hannah was not available, she had me waiting until Hannah comes in. Hannah returned my call and told me that she forgot to run the application and put my child on waiting list so now I have to wait for another two months before my child can start daycare there. With all of that she was not even apologetic and the director did not even have courtsey to call me back or apologize. I was so much relying on them and now I have to look for other daycares who can take my child in just one week. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

They have a great app to track daily activities and cameras to check in on my son throughout the day which has been amazing for me! I spent 3 times more here at primerose expecting they'd do the same since obviously I'm paying more. So disappointed! None of the teachers would greet my daughter when she arrived at school. My mom would be the one to pick up my daughter but she couldn't locate the teacher anywhere in class. I never got pictures of her or even knew what she did daily. Quit the place right away since my daughter who used to love school cried everyday she had to go here. Never again! And will be spreading the word to others who live near by!

After resigning, the director refused to pay me for the time I worked and responded to my concern with hostility and gaslighting. I've worked in early childhood education for over a decade and have never been treated so unprofessionally. Be cautious.
