I have to give major kudos to Ms Caryn, Ms Ta'Lesha, Ms Blanca, Ms Ashley, and Ms Kayla. They not only take such amazing care of my 3 babies, they treat them as their own and I can't ask for more. Recently, my 2 year old has had a hard time at drop off and Ms Kayla swoops in to help and is so gentle and caring that my 2 year old loves her enough to leave me comfortably and go with her. It means so much to me what these ladies do every single day in such a physically demanding and mentally/emotionally exhausting profession. I'm so grateful for KinderCare!

Hydia was there for about 6 years I believe and then left I wasn't able to ask why but that was sad . Although he did change from her class and later went to a two year old classroom. He started not to like going which was off about him.when I'd pick him up from daycare I noticed his head would be covered with a blanket, I asked if they did that because at home this was never an issue , they said he did it which I still couldn't believe . Then one day I was trying to show my son his shirt glowed in the dark under the blanket in which he replied "no mommy I don't wanna go under the blanket" and I asked him why? He said "I'm scared of blanket mommy" I then asked why, why was he scared of the blanket? Who covers him? And he said "Blanca covers me with blanket and says shh" !! The anger I felt !!!! This is horrible , I do not care if my child isn't sleeping they can suffocate under the blanket !!! And it was many times I went and he had the blanket on him!!! Horrible !! She also apparently doesn't like her job , because she asked my mom if she could get her hired else where . Why would I want someone whom doesn't enjoy watching kids to watch my son!!! We definitely left this daycare . The only reason we stayed longer than wanted was because we had to although he was definitely picked up before nap for this reason . I am happy he is no longer here. Ms Kayla on the other hand his other teacher we did appreciate and I am thankful for her because she is the reason he felt a little okay.

I was…read morethrilled to find a place I thought aligned to my beliefs for child development, but it ultimately fell short. The director, Amanda, is unresponsive and dismissive, which sets the tone for the entire operation. Communication is inconsistent, and the operation is disorganized. The handbook lacks clarity. Policies contradict each other, and important information is often passed by "word of mouth." I liked most of the teachers; they genuinely cared and kept my son safe. However, the constant turnover made it difficult to establish a stable environment. My son had three different lead teachers in just five months. Safety concerns and inconsistencies. It was revealed to me, quietly of course, that there had been no fire drills during my son's time there. The hours changed from 7:30-6 to 9-4 unless paying extra. I also think there were time that the ratio wasn't correct. While I appreciate the efforts of some staff members, the leadership and organization issues make Green Space a place to avoid. I wasted time, money, and peace of mind. If you value stability and clear communication, look elsewhere. The Texas licensing page says that they provide snacks and the handbook says that they provide snacks. Apparently that's only the toddler class and older. And my final complaint, I sent an email to the owner at the end of October, three months after my child had started there, expressing all of my concerns and feedback. She never responded. Now that I have experienced a different daycare, one right across the street, I see how much Green Space was lacking.

Updated edit:: responding to the comment from primrose…read more Yes I kept checking the 360 tadpoles app but my daughter's teacher never posted new pictures until I would complain to another teacher since her teacher is never around when I arrive when class should start. So disappointed! Her teacher never even said good morning or good bye to her!! Also I've repeatedly asked for the owner of this site to respond to me personally. So disappointing. Just another money hungry preschool who doesn't care about kids... Original post:: Would give zero stars if I could. My 4 year old used to go to a Church preschool that had little funding but the teachers were passionate about the students. I was able to text the teachers whenever and get a response asap and even got pictures sent to me throughout the day. I spent 3 times more here at primerose expecting they'd do the same since obviously I'm paying more. So disappointed! None of the teachers would greet my daughter when she arrived at school. My mom would be the one to pick up my daughter but she couldn't locate the teacher anywhere in class. I never got pictures of her or even knew what she did daily. Quit the place right away since my daughter who used to love school cried everyday she had to go here. Never again! And will be spreading the word to others who live near by!

Well, I do not know where to even start. My ex husband (and FBI Special Agent) chose this facility…read moreand enrolled them by Mrs. Jaimie Cain, the director at that time. Mrs. Cain- Preemptively enrolled my children in this daycare even though my ex and I share 50/50 custody and everything went down hill from there. ( They are only profit driven at least at this location) The kids continue to tell me that there is never any soap refilled in the dispensers and therefore my children were coming home sick every other week because basic safety features were not followed. Moving forward- The accounting department knew we were 50/50 custody and I asked a number of times to type up two different accounts so my ex (The FBI Special Agent) and I can keep our billing different. Things got progressively worse here and we came to a head when Mrs. Cain didn't know my children's whereabouts, even though they ride the CLA busses. How is this safe?? I own and operate a small business myself and I would never care for my patients the way CLA care for their children and respective families. I am a doctor and I am appalled that Mrs. Cain did not follow the divorce decree from day 1 and went by the verbal consent of my ex Mr. FBI Special Agent. I cannot speak any worse of this facility. My girls were called into the office and nothing was ever documented if it made the center look bad. Clearly, this business is profit driven and I will not cower to speak my mind just because my ex-husband Mr. FBI SPECIAL AGENT TRIED TO TRUMP ME and the school didn't follow our divorce decree. Ironically- Mrs. Jaimie Cain has stepped down and now they are under a different management. Only in Texas could this occur- when we all lived in DC things were much more professional and buttoned up. Sincerely, Sandhya Sharma LPC CACII EMDR

The Director and the Director of the Preschool make an effort to know the names of all parents and family members. I visited several other area care centers in the area before I chose CCY. I found that the larger places offered more "activities" for the bigger kids, but that the infant areas were cramped and seemed like an afterthought. At CCY, the preschool building feels like more like a home setting and there are multiple, flexible settings for the infants and toddlers that the directors adjust depending on the number of kids they're dealing with. The rooms are bright and clean and full of developmentally appropriate toys. There are daily notification reports on what the kids ate, how they slept (and potty notes) and activities they did. There are extra notifications that come home if there are any incidents (skinned knees, someone whacked someone else with a toy hard enough to leave a mark, etc.). As the mother of several children who have been in all kinds of care situations including in my own care in the summer, I am well aware that bumps, bruises and colds will happen. It's part of life with little people. I feel every time anything has happened with my little it was handled professionally and with care. The directors also plan activities that make it more like a private school setting (which it is for the private kindergarten); book fairs, parents night out, fall festival, picture day, theme weeks, etc. Our family loves CCY and I know my littlest loves it because most evenings it take some coaxing to get him to leave.  I have been a teacher for almost a decade in one of the area's best high schools. My older kids go to one of the area's best private schools. For my littlest, I chose Children's Courtyard and choose to every year because I think it's the best preschool in the area.
