And I was given an additional bolt of fabric as the chair was recently reupholstered. I could make an ottoman with this fabric. And it was a great price! They stayed open a few minutes late for me as I was running behind. And her lovely husband loaded the chair into my truck for me. I didn't get to look around as much as I would've liked to as I was running behind. But I will definitely be back. From what I did see they have a lot of very nostalgic items.

My mom does a lot of yarn stuff. What brought us here was for her to check out what they had available. With other craft stores closing over the past few years, the options are getting more limited in the area. There are several cameras around as well. When we came in, we were immediately greeted by the staff. They asked if we had any questions or if we were looking for something in particular. At that point, mom said that she was just looking, so nothing specific in mind. I was also looking around with what was available here. I didn't realize there were different forms of yarn. I thought yarn was yarn. I guess that makes it a yarning achievement for me. There are several yarns that are handcrafted and made locally. As such, prices are going to be higher as well. Some of them were pretty high, but it's understandable when they are locally made. However, there were more cost-effective ones available as well. In the end, mom didn't purchase anything in this visit. Overall, this was a nice visit. The staff were friendly, and we were able to just walk around and see if we found anything. There is a large selection of yarn, both locally and from other countries, so the wide selection is good. This place is worth checking out if you're looking for yarns that you may not find elsewhere.
