I am supposed to be seeing Dr. Neil Weisman. I've seen him once, the other doctor did an injection,…read moreand then my follow up was with a random nurse practitioner. She scheduled me for a follow up injection 5 weeks out, and the office was supposed to send in the paperwork to my insurance to get authorization. The office did not send my insurance the proper information, and on Oct 2, 2025, my insurance sent them a response saying they didn't send complete information. My procedure was scheduled on Oct 20 at 1015am. At 945am, the office called and said they canceled my procedure because they were having trouble getting authorization from my insurance. I called the office to complain about their last minute cancelation (my driver had used leave in order to drive me home, as required) and to ask if I could make a follow up appointment in the meantime to go over my pain management options, and also to make sure the office purple were actually sending in the information my insurance requested. When I called I was admittedly on the verge of tears, and the woman who answered not only lacked any sympathy or empathy, but she threatened to hang up on me, and I asked her to let me speak to a manager instead. I was blunt, trying to hold back tears, but I did not insult her, nor did I use any foul language. The office workers not only filled out my insurance authorization requests incorrectly, but they let it sit in the office for 18 days, and canceled 30 minutes before my procedure, giving me no follow up and no further information. Then, when confronted about it, they shut down and hang up. This is unacceptable under any standards for patient care, and I really hope the phone call was recorded so the manager can hear it. An emotionally distraught patient who is frustrated and looking for help or answers should be well within the parameters of care for a receptionist handling the claim of that patient. I have no way to contact my doctor as she forwarded me to the office manager who is not in office. Communication is abysmal, and they need more training on how to file for authorizations, and then respond to the patient in a timely manner.

The doctors that moved to this practice couldn't care less for patients who have been coming here…read morefor years. How could you do this Dr Fox? Just one more issue for people with chronic pain.

The last operation was an emergency... he responded to me at 6.30 am on New Year's Eve when he was supposed to be going away. He postponed his trip to operate on me, thereby saving me from a wheelchair!!! His approach is no-nonsense... he tells it to you straight with no sugar coating. His skill level as a surgeon is beyond excellent and his care for the patient is second to none. The entire staff at the office are professional, caring and friendly. I cannot recommend this practice enough.

jan 6, 2026 2nd visit, 2nd issue that just came up. I was able to switch this previously scheduled…read moreappt from my should to my hip because of an emergency situation. It's annoying when you can only be seen for 1 body part at a time but at least I got in after having to wait a weak to ins snafus and other providers not doing right. But anyhow, I got there right at appt time. The front desk staff genuinely sweet and happy as usual. Lots of smiles here. When listening to their dialogue between eachother, you can tell this office is a well oiled , happy machine. I did not feel any tense vibes or anyhting off from anyone. over that Dr. Becker is sitting out in their communal desk work area in the back working on his computer with staff all around. It's not a black tower experience like most offices. I was brought back after a few minutes of waiting. I was seen by many different staff memebers all doing specific tasks, like reporting my issue, taking vitals, x-rays, more questions and probing to figure this out, then finally the dr after I saw his lovely PA Jessica and about 4 other, smiling and kind staff. I apologize I try to remember names, but they often escape me because the pain was so bad. I was happy I did get to see Dr.Becker, I was not expecting that, I had seen him sitting right outside the exam room door and thought he was another PA or something. He came in, greeted me sat down and away we went with questions. He did listen, he pulled up some diagrams on his phone to help me innerstand the issue because hip pain is new to me. I would at times interrupt him to insert, not because I was rude but because my memory of important details can be fleeting and random, so for clarity with my case I try to share what I can before I forget it. He was very gracious about that. He has a good bedside manner and no vibe of arrogance was coming off him. I felt heard by all of his staff. And empathy, as well, because this visit I was in a borrowed wheelchair from car to ofc back to car. The ofc is clean, decently appointed, nice chairs, plenty of room and a tv playing interviews from various drs in the practice. No beige walls, but oft muted pastels of blue and peach. I was there 2 hours. Felt hear, cared for and ready for the next steps. We were helped thru the heavy doors by a lovely member of the front desk staff as well. So thank you from a patient who has been severely traumatized needlessly in the past by other drs ofcs, ers and hospitals to the point i just gave up trying to get help for years. This 2nd visit was great as well as the first. I appreciate you all!

I really liked my doctor- although I only got to see him 1x before my full knee replacement…read more But The surgery center...... they scheduled my knee replacement at 3:30 and yet the office closed at 5. The physical therapist tried rushing my recovery so they could get me out of their office. I told her I will have a full recovery but she can't rush it. She didn't care- just to prove a point I walked around the outpatient Facility... At the end of the day my procedure was at 3:30 and they forced me out of the hospital and I was home and in my own bed by 6:30.... (remember I had a full knee replacement) They gave me 0 time to recover even with seeing how much pain I was and still am currently in. I must also say- the nurses were amazing- but I do have an issue with their physical therapist girl in the surgery center- to her I genuinely am sorry you had to stay and work late.
