You can tell DrZ really cares about his patients and his community. He always has a big smile on his face and really listens to your concerns. There are not enough words to express how grateful I am for Sunshine Vet. My dog is 14 years old now with many health issues and my old vet was almost just giving up on her. My mom saw this office while driving to work and thought we would give it a try. Our first visit was absolutely amazing! Doctor Z came into the room with three other nurses and gave our Bella so much love. He came up with a step by step plan on how to tackle our Bella's issues and even made sure we understood everything by writing things down a white board. Doctor Z and his staff spent so much time with us and we never once felt rushed. He even requests follow up visits to make sure our Bella is making progress. Office is clean, beautiful and roomy. Prices are very reasonable and the nurses bring out a quote before moving forward with anything procedure. I honestly feel Doctor Z and his nurses have given our Bella more life. With great communication and the right treatment, I have never felt so comfortable going to a vet. Thank you Dr. Z for taking care of our pup. Our younger dog is pretty shy around new people and places, but Dr. Z & staff made sure to take their time and stay by her side (quite literally) during recovery after her spay procedure. They ensured our pup will be comfortable the next few days with a good concoction of medications and clear post op instructions. Parking is spacious, fees are fair, and the staff are so sweet. We brought our senior rescue dog Chewie in for her annual exam and we really appreciated the attention and care Dr. Liao provided. We have followed and trusted Dr. Liao for YEARS. We're so happy he finally has his own office! He helped us have more years with our senior chihuahua. He was diagnosed with a heart murmur, and Dr. Liao very clearly explained to us what was happening to him. What should've only been 6 months left, ended up being 2 more years with our little boy thanks to Dr . Z & his own heart supplements from his Wellnergy brand. He lived to be 14 years old before I decided to put him to sleep. Dr. Z was there for everything and made us very comfortable with the process and even after receiving his ashes in a beautiful box, we felt very cared for after our loss. He is currently taking care of our 6 year old chihuahua Maximus who's taking Wellnergys Probiotics :) even tho the office is a little far from us, we don't mind the drive. What can I say about this Veterinary Medical Office. I don't even know where to begin. I read the reviews! I did my due diligence. Yet, something within me thought they just might be over inflated,- because let's be honest! Who has this many accolades? Yet, I found myself on my way there, why? It was the closest Veterinary Office (and, I wanted to see what the fuss was all about, too). What can I say! But, Wow! Just wow!! The front office customer service representative has the most welcoming personality I've witnessed in a long while. From the get- go I was met with warm salutations and a genuine concern as to why I was there. I was a walk-in, so I didn't know if they would even receive me (I was ready to write that review, - who needs a 5 star streak anyways? lol) . But, she must've seem my facial expression full of angst, because she asked me what was wrong, and I told her my concerns. She demonstrated such empathy! I was no more than 10 mins in the waiting area when Rex and I were ushered into the examining room. He was anxious, and so was I. A little while later the Veterinarian Dr. Z came into the room, and it was a if Rex had known, seen, and potentially lived with this Vet. I was taken aback (he's the true dog whisperer... Mr. Milan you need to step up your game). He transmitted Genuine LOVE! Real love for animals. Not scripted, forced, or disgenuine. Just honest, transparent, genuine love and concern for the animals he treats. This Office is worth more than 5 stars! I'm glad I went there! This Office will be my go to Vet office from here on out. I finally understand now, first hand, why they have so many 5 star reviews ( Their 5 star review streak will not be broken by me..I wish I could give them a 10 star one) any reviews with less than that, was probably given by the competition, . Came to Dr. Z for a second opinion and ultrasound for our cat son. Previous doctor thinks he has cancer. Due to the circumstance we were very relieved be able to get in first thing the next morning for an evaluation. My husband and I were both extremely happy with the compassion, knowledge and understanding we experienced by Dr. Z and his staff during an obviously extremely stressful time in our lives. His staff was able to get us scheduled with their ultrasound specialist expeditiously this week also. Dr. Z did not share all the same opinions as our previous vet, even after reviewing diagnostics, which has us feeling cautiously optimistic. We are both aware we still may not get the outcome we're hoping for..but enough cannot be said about Dr. Z taking the time to care and answer all our questions. Our cat was even visibly more calm with Dr. Z and his Tech's handling of him compared to our old vet. Regardless of our outcome in this circumstance, we will definitely be making Dr. Z our new household's vet. read more
