My appointment was at 6pm by 8:30 was still there with probably another 45 minutes more. In pretty sure I was her guinea pig! She had absolutely NO EXPERIENCE. Never have I ever in over 25 years of getting my nails done have I experienced such an AWFUL SITUATION.
