I am a massage therapist. I want to make that clear just because it makes this review a little bit more legit. I had Mike as my bodyworker today and I have to say that it was one of the most thorough and amazing massages I've had in a LONG time. That being said- I just want you to know that this is a no-frills and straight to the point service. If you're looking for a fluffy massage in an actual spa..... this is NOT the place for you. It's a little noisy, especially since the "door" to your room is a curtain. They also speak very little English. But they are SO kind and give amazing service! The massage I was given was definitely not a traditional Swedish massage but more of a targeted, deep, therapeutic service. I did 90 mins and that consisted of massage with hot stones, hot towels and a lovely foot massage! I literally just got home 10 mins ago from there and I can barely keep my head up, lol. Im going to sleep SO well tonight!! Definitely give them a try. Affordable prices, REAL therapeutic massage (none of that fluff and buff stuff) anddddd every 10th massage is FREE!! read more

I was not sure what to expect coming in, I tried to make an appointment over the phone and it was hard because they do not speak English well but I walked in and they checked me in I had Mike and wow he did an amazing job and was very professional! I did a 90 minute massage and it was very intense which I like...I definitely would say it is not for everyone and at some points I wasn't sure if I was enjoying myself or not but at the end my body was so relaxed and I am ready to go to bed, it was amazing. Have been going here on and off for months now. This is a REAL deep tissue massage. I stand by my first review that this place is great. Mike does a great job. My hips and shoulder that won't hardly move when I arrive are loosened up and moving freely when I leave. I recommend the full 90 minutes. I usually only have time for 60 and it is still a FANTASTIC massage. but the hot stones and warm towels with the 90 minute is worth the extra time! Apparently appointments don't matter here. Giving 1 star because I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time and ended up having to leave without receiving my service! I called this establishment at 4pm today and spoke with a woman. I asked if they had availability at 5pm to do a foot massage. She told me "yes", and that she would see me in one hour. I arrive and immediately sense something is off because she seems surprised to see someone walking through the door at 5:00. I told her I had called about a 5pm foot massage. She sits me in a room with a massage table and immediately calls someone. She's speaking in a different language so I don't understand what's being said. When she finishes her call she asks if I can wait about 15 minutes. I'm a little irritated by this, especially since there are no other customers, but 15 minutes isn't the end of the world so I agree. During my time sitting in this isolated room I realize I can't get this foot massage laying on my back on a massage table since I'm 21 weeks pregnant. Prolonged laying on your back after 20 weeks puts pressure on your organs and arteries from the weight of the baby. About 20 minutes later she comes back into the room and I ask if I can have the massage in a chair. She essentially says "no" and that it has to be on the bed. Ok... I explain that I'm pregnant and can't lay on my back and she tells me I don't have a choice. I find this response... interesting. I further try to communicate as I think there may be a language barrier and point to my stomach and indicate "baby." She again slaps the table and says "here" and that they don't have chairs. Mind you, there's a chair in the room, and I walked past 2 on my way in. She makes another phone call in front of me and I can hear it roll over to voicemail. She tells me she's trying to get the Owner here to do the massage but he's at another shop. I tell her I'm confused because I called ahead and was told to come in. She says only the Owner can perform the massage and he forgot. Forgot? I called only an hour ago and you clearly spoke with him 20 minutes prior. How could he forget?! She tells me to come back tomorrow. I explain on my way out the door I won't be coming back at all and that she completely wasted my time. I would've been less upset if I had walked in and she told me straight away that there was no one there to complete this service. Instead, she (or the Owner) wasted an additional 20 minutes of my time making me think I was going to get said service when in reality I never was. How exactly do they accommodate walk-ins here?! I do NOT recommend this place. When I went out to my car I called a place down the street in Auburn who got me in immediately and I ended up having a wonderful foot massage for my tired, preggo feet. To the business owner, Yuan, I am entitled to my own opinion and I am not pleased with the service I received. The massage therapist name was Mike. He was very apologetic for leaving and answering his phone various times but it didn't take away from ruining my experience. What a great find! Located in a nice little strip mall with safe parking. Place is immaculate and staff are kind and friendly. I had Mike for my 90 min massage. It was amazing. He really is a talented masseur. I paid $80 plus a tip for 90-min. Not sure if that's the normal rate or was a special, cause that was really cheap. The lighting in the massage room was very dim, which was greatly appreciated. That always helps me relax. Hate massages when your in bright light. The walls of the rooms dont quite make it to the ceiling, and theres only a curtain over the doorway, but it still felt very private. Everyone is very quiet, so no loud noises or loud talking going on. Soft music, incredible hands, and he asked several times if the pressure was ok. Took a few minutes to get used to VERY HOT rocks toward the end of the session, but it was nice after they cooled a few minutes. Perhaps they were much too hot at first. A little turn down on the rock heater would be appreciated. I cant say enough good things about this place. It was fantastic. The lady at the front desk is very nice. I'm gonna have to start working some overtime so I can go every week. read more
