This establishment was recommended to me at work. Nevertheless, I did look at other places but decided to go with them due to the outstanding reviews. They reached out to me concerning my questions and answered them immediately. I purchased my new vehicle but unfortunately, the tints placed at the dealership was very poor quality with air bubbles and poor cleaning prior to installation. This was a huge eye sore given the type of vehicle. I brought them the vehicle and in under 2 hrs they did a fantastic job! The quality was great. Excellent and professional service. I am very happy with the way my tint for my Porsche was done. Both Ken and the employee there were very detail oriented in making sure the film was applied properly. I originally did not want to do the back window , and was only doing the passenger and driver window. After seeing how well they did the windows , I opted for the back window. Well worth it. Disappointing. I stopped by about 8:15 and door said 8-5 Tue thru Fri Saturday by appointment.I hung around til 9, nobody showed? I called the number on the door and inquired if they were still in business and they answered yes, Attitude started here, but since there were no appointments they saw no need to come in. nowhere on the door or in the on line ad states that an appointment was required? Since I was there at 8 and with no appointments scheduled and the opening time was 8 I failed to see a problem. I was told they were very busy (but not at 8) and an an appointment was necessary 1 week or 2 out. Then the violin music started---! recent eye surgery, 2.rotator cuff surgery, 3. employee quit- no notice, 3.new employee was not very good. A simple sign on the door "we will be late today" or " please make an appointment" works but I guess after 5 cars they don't need my business any more. read more
