After a month of having a membership, I started a Diamond package for my girlfriend since I was offered a promotion. Each time my girlfriend tanned their employees recommended that she use a Gold or Platinum bed, until she was comfortable with their Diamond beds. However, the diamond package promo was only good for the first month of her membership. I was told her package would be a Diamond package for the Platinum rate. THIS WAS NOT TRUE. I asked multiple times to have her package upgraded to their Diamond level, at the $99.95 which is the current rate I pay for my membership. I was told their manager would look into it and contact me, but they never did. I had asked about this 3 times over the past 2 months. When I was contacted today. Sheila informed me that I sound so upset she doesn't think there would anything she can do for us.
