Honestly, $60+ for a cryo session, considering it isn't even a full box and doesn't get as cold as they advertise, is insane. Especially when there are people who charge literally less than half (Optimize U) with a better machine, respectively. And, they should change the name- all places don't even have a "full body" cryo machine. Had to go from the Beaverton to the Lake Oswego location. Bad business. read more

I have purchased two spray tan packages from this company and location. I was told the packages never expire when I purchased them both. I went to use a spray tan number 3 out of 5 today and was told I no longer have any because they expire after two years. I very rarely tan and purchased them because they don't expire. I won't be going back, plus the new cost per tan is as much as going somewhere where a person sprays you (much better than a booth). Very disappointed. read more

They randomly started charging my credit card FOUR times after we cancelled it and have been given the run around now for the past 2 months as we try to get a refund. I came here for the first time a few weeks ago and I will not be going back. The entire time I was in the waiting room the Lady at the front desk was pressuring me to spend more money than I wanted to. She was pressuring me to get the subscription packages when J made it clear that I could not afford that. And when I said "no" she clearly had an attitude. She then pressured me to buy their extremely over priced self tanner products. And she would change/lower the price as I continued to say no. I ended up buying the self tanner spray even though I didn't want to. The spray cost me $60 and it was not worth it at all. Only giving two stars because my spray tan was decent but not the best I have had. Very over priced here and not a comfortable environment! :( read more

I love coming into this place. Its easy to get to, always has parking and I never have to wait long for a bed! Every staff member I have met have been awesome. Always nice, down to earth and easy to talk to. They don't shove product down your throat or pressure you into upgrading every time you come in, but they do have a good selection and small lotion packets to try before you get the big bottle. Its an easy in and out and I appreciate that! I used to go to Palm Beach Tan where you get to sit and wait until the staff were done with their gossiping to check you in and clean a bed. NO MORE OF THAT! Which is extremely appreciated. Lux tan is definitely the best tanning place in the area, best on pricing, services and location. I did my research in Lake Oswego for some time before finding that Lux is it. Signing up was a breeze, they don't gut you with crazy fees and contracts. I signed up for the base bed, $24 + tax per month on a 3 month contract. And i'm pretty sure the sign up fee was only $20. I don't feel like they are shaking me down every month when I get the charge. Much appreciated. I get emails every now and again with great offers and info on their new and upcoming events, product etc. I always check those. Next im trying the Cryo! Definitely recommend. read more

They offer CRYO! If you had ever told me I'd sign up for jumping in to a capsule in below freezing temps, I would have said you were insane! Well, let me tell you, it has helped back pain, inflammation, and sleep ... omg I have never slept like I do the night following CRYO. Try it! You won't regret it. Tanning beds with AC?!? I haven't been tanning in over 10 years and things have changed. I only needed some color to even out tan lines, didn't have a lot of time to do so, and wanted to minimize burning and damaging my skin. Kirsten and Neal were knowledgeable and understood what I wanted and there wasn't any pushy, sales pitch nonsense from them. I purchased a package of five visits (medium pressure bed?) and it only takes 8-10 minutes per visit for results. Tanning is not something I would do regularly, but I suggest the medium and high pressure beds for special occasions and a quick way to add a nice glow. Lux Tan is clean and conveniently located next to a few banks and grocery stores so you can get a couple of errands done too! Just one piece of feedback is to provide a purse/bag hook or a small table in the restroom. I bring my water bottle and tanning gear in addition to my purse and it would be nice to not put all my stuff down on the floor in the restroom. #purseproblems read more
