I settled for a brown sugar pearl milk tea instead. I thought the drink was good. It might have been a tad too sweet but I got used to it after a bit. The pearls were solid overall. It wasn't an amazing experience but I'm willing to come back again. I do wish the menus are a bit more up to date as it was a bummer to not try something exotic sounding that appealed to me.

Half of the store is actually used for mango inventory storage, which tells you how serious they are about their fruit. There are only two tables, and we were lucky to snag one so most people take their drinks to go. Compared to Richmond or Burnaby, there are really not that many bubble tea places in West Vancouver so it's great that they have a location at Park Royal. Chatime franchise often runs promotions such as $10 for 2 drinks and fairly reasonably priced. Cha stands for tea in Mandarin -- treat yourself and enjoy your "Cha" time, take a tea break here!
