I found Sunworks through HomeAdvisor looking for a tree removal service. After submitting my info to HomeAdvisor I got a call from Ryan at Sunworks in less than 5 minutes! I gave him my information and info about the job and he came out the very next day and left a detailed charge list on the work to be performed. I called back and asked them to sign me up for the tree removal. They added me to the list and came out about 7 days later and had the tree removed in about 5 minutes (it was a smaller, half dead cherry tree). They did such a good job cutting down to the base that I asked them if they thought I needed a stump grinding service (which I had requested) and they listened to my plan for the area and gave their honest opinion (which was that I didn't need the stump grinding). We are very happy with the work Sunworks did for us. We had them trim a large Oak in our front yard and remove a large Pine from our back yard. We called and set up a time for an estimate, Terry came out and was very informative and promptly put together a fair proposal for us. After reviewing bids we easily decided on Sunworks. Terry made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. We called and advised Lynn who was very helpful and courteous. On the day the work was done, Aaron came to door introduced himself and informed how they would proceed. He and his crew worked amazing and quickly. They cleaned up throughout the whole process and made sure everything was as expected before leaving. They left no mess behind and we were very happy. SUNWORKS responded promptly to my request for a quote on trimming multiple trees in my back yard. They sent their certified arborist Terry Carpenter, who noticed something I had not: one of my trees was in danger of having a major branch splitting off. If it had, it would have hit another of my trees, which could have then caused it to drop something on the house. He offered to either cinch the branch or remove the tree. I elected to have it removed, and all the others trimmed. They gave me a fair price for a day's work for the four guys who came. The two up in the trees looked like a Hollywood stuntman, so graceful and expert. Using lines, they maintained control of the big branches as they brought pieces of them down. Nothing in my yard or house was damaged. They did a simply great job cleaning up too, hauling off and grinding up the limbs. Professionally nice guys too. The entire experience with Sunworks was amazing. Started with a visit from Terry, one of their arborist's who provided great insight to what was needed to trim our trees. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable with what did and didn't need to happen with our very large mature trees. Communication with the office was consistent and we were provided options of time of day the trimmers could come. Excellent customer service!!! The trimmers were amazing as well. Experienced and not afraid to climb a gigantic Sycamore tree and well as all other trees. Through out the job we were asked if everything was to our satisfaction. Clean up was impressive. These guys absolutely rock. It was a hot day and they were just finishing up with a neighbor. We had a few branches overhanging the street that were really inconveniencing the garbage truck that really didn't warrant calling a service out. Anyway, seeing the crew I went up and asked if they could help me out. Every crew member was super cordial in getting me in touch with the crew chief. Anyway, on a day where I bet they were more than ready to be done they stopped by and for a very reasonable price PERFECTLY trimmed everything I needed and cleaned up so you couldn't even tell we had tree work done. I used Sunworks to trim a large branch that was hanging on our roof. They did an excellent job, fast and very efficient! Price was reasonable for the size of the job. My only complaint would be they didn't show up in the morning as scheduled. I called to follow up and I think there might have been a scheduling error on their part. But they did get the crew out to our house early afternoon and they did a great job. Large limb was actually touching our roof/gutters and I have extensive plants and landscaping below that area. They removed the whole thing without any damage to house or my plants. Very impressive! I would definitely use them again. read more

Terry and crew were in the neighborhood trimming a tree (and doing a fine job i might add). I approached them regarding a couple of large stump sections that I had left over from a tree that fell in my yard several years ago. I was hoping they would be able to transport the section to the dump for me. I was pleasantly surprised when he said yes, and he even helped me load my leftovers into his trailer - at no charge! A Friend's cat was stuck on a tree in terrible weather for many nights and could not get help from anyone. But finally their last hope came from the Sunworks tree services. These people were very kind and understanding and did not reject the pleas from my friend and came as soon as they could. The person who rescued the cat did not have any experience but was very professional and promised us that we would get the cat back and he was able to!! 10 out of 10 would recommend. I had large tree limb fall in front yard. I called Sunworks for quote for tree trim or removal and they sent individual out right away. They let me know tree was cracking down middle and needed to be removed as soon as possible. With in the next week, they came out and removed tree and did yard cleanup in 20 minutes. One week later they came back and ground down the stump and cleaned up after the job again. I highly recommend Sunworks. And their quote was reasonable. Such great people to deal with. read more

They were great to work with! I asked them to be pretty aggressive with the trimming as well as removing a whole tree and they did what I asked and the guys were very friendly but professional. Went over everything with me when they got there to ensure what the job was going to be but they had everything in their notes already which were spot on to what I had mentioned when I received the quote. They are finishing up the job now--removal of 2 large trees whose trunks were splitting. They put me toward the front of the line of work scheduled as the trees were in danger of parts falling and damaging property or pedestrians. EXCELLENT work with safety lines and care of nearby shrubs and trees and cleanup of yard and leaving me with some cut-up firewood.
