I ordered takeout from Taste the Thai and it was DELICIOUS!…read moreI ordered the Pad Thai and scallion pancakes. The portions were more than generous and they tasted delicious. I'm in Littleton for work and had the food delivered to my hotel. It came quickly and was hot. I'm excited to have leftovers tonight and enjoy it all over again! Highly recommend!

Very friendly service and restaurant seems to have updated their decor in the past few months!…read more Menu is very varied and creative. Everything is so fresh! We had the eggrolls and duck rangoons as appetizers and this was perfect. Boyfriend rates the eggrolls as 2nd best he's ever had (after 123Dzo!). He also had his usual chicken teriyaki, loved it. Says the sauce is perfect, and he loves the sticky rice you can order on the side. We shared some salmon nigiri and I also ordered the orange blossom maki. Now - I'm not a fan of "spicy-hot" anything - I never use hot sauce, chili flakes etc - but I always order sushi rolls with "spicy" in the name such as spicy salmon, etc and it's *never* spicy hot to the point I can't eat it - but I've had this issue here in the past, and I should have remembered. Depending on your tolerance level for hotness... you might want to keep it in mind - both the spicy salmon filling AND the spicy mayo on top of the Orange Blossom are *very hot*. To the point I could only eat a couple of pieces. I would avoid rolls with "spicy" in the description, or ask if they can make it not hot next time. Other than that, food is perfect here. Bit of a lack of atmosphere - it's kid-friendly, too bright lights and no music but super noisy. But we will return!

In short - rating 3/5 because... seat cleanliness & sushi is subpar IMO…read more Service - 5/5. I've been here a few times for takeout sushi in the past, and more recently I've eaten at the restaurant itself with my boyfriend. We made a reservation maybe 30 min before going in as our previous dinner plans didn't work out. Very busy restaurant, but we were seated right away. Their dining room is divided in two parts, one with the bar and some tables & chairs; the other side has a long bench along the walls all around. Definitely try to be on the "bar side" if you can; we were seated on the "bench" side and it just wasn't as pleasant. I was sitting on the bench and it was just very dirty, with food and hair on it and food scraps and even utensils on the floor around the tables. The restaurant is very kid-friendly, and I understand the staff is busy but I just think that cleaning around tables is essential, especially when families were seated there, because kids are messy. We shared a couple of appetizers and they were very good. Cocktails are also excellent! Boyfriend had the chicken teriyaki and liked it, but found it a bit dry. We had some sushi - even though I should have known better, because I've had their takeout before and never really liked it. Boyfriend only eats nigiri - he had the smoked salmon one and said it was not good at all. I had a salmon roll served with lemon on top - the lemon was too ripe and soaked the fish which was weird. Also had an eel roll, which was kind of tasteless. All pieces were huge and I couldn't finish - I took the leftovers back to our hotel but ended up tossing it - super unusual for me as I *always* end up eating my sushi leftovers later in the night. Service was excellent, our waitress was super efficient and friendly. Overall we would come back, but I don't think I would ever have sushi here again. I'd go for cocktails and to try a bunch of appetizers.

Luckily we got seat straight away. We had one salad, one veg pizza and one sushi ordered and fist 2 item came pretty soon. We really liked both salad and pizza. Vegetables felt so fresh and taste was amazing. Sushi came after a while and it was little fancy as it was lit on the table to cook inside food. Taste was good but slightly burnt feeling because of fire. I will try other one next time. Interior is nice and have lot of space. We were seated on covered patio and next to us was a small stream flowing, that was nice touch. Enough of parking is available outside and it's free.

Koung Sushi Mart 3 has opened its third location in Meredith, across the street from Hermit Woods…read more They have other locations in Laconia and Concord. They offer a variety of made to order sushi rolls, sashimi, poke bowls, ramen noodle bowls, dumplings and prepackaged ready to eat sushi in the glass case. They also have cooler beverages too. The place is geared towards takeout, which is order & pay at the counter with a sea of hard flooring and a few chairs to sit to wait for your order. I stopped by at the Meredith location recently during a set break from a live music performance at the outdoor garden across the street. There was another customer already here and one staff making sushi and food to order in the open sushi kitchen and running the front. After 5 minutes, I placed my order for a Salmon Poke Bowl ($12.99 plus tax) and Steamed Dumplings (6 Gyozas for $4.99 plus tax), The total was $19.30 (cash) or $20.07 (card). The poke bowl was made to order with sushi rice, carrot, cucumber, seaweed salad, avocado slices, soft pieces of salmon topped with a tangy poke sauce and crispy onions & sesame seeds. I took my food back across the street to enjoy while watching a favorite musician perform. The poke bowl was a good portion for the price and had a mix of good flavors. The dumplings were also good, dipping into the sweet & spicy sauce. I would definitely stop in at Koung Sushi Mart for more tasty food, but I would likely go to the Concord location next time since it's located 5 minutes from my office.
