There are many versions of Singapore Noodles, but what is common to all, is they are strongly flavored with curry. These noodles tasted of nothing. They were bland and tasteless. They were yellow so they probably used some turmeric. The dumplings were terrible. First, they came at the end of the meal, not the beginning. Secondly, they were not fried, they were baked. The outside of the dumping was dry and hard, and the filling was merely ground pork with nothing else added that we could tell. I don't think we will go back.

Says the sauce is perfect, and he loves the sticky rice you can order on the side. We shared some salmon nigiri and I also ordered the orange blossom maki. Now - I'm not a fan of "spicy-hot" anything - I never use hot sauce, chili flakes etc - but I always order sushi rolls with "spicy" in the name such as spicy salmon, etc and it's *never* spicy hot to the point I can't eat it - but I've had this issue here in the past, and I should have remembered. Depending on your tolerance level for hotness... you might want to keep it in mind - both the spicy salmon filling AND the spicy mayo on top of the Orange Blossom are *very hot*. To the point I could only eat a couple of pieces. I would avoid rolls with "spicy" in the description, or ask if they can make it not hot next time. Other than that, food is perfect here.
