My room was very clean, the main area was impeccable and the pool area was very nice. I was very impressed with everything. The staff - from the front desk to the maids - were friendly and helpful. I had 5 kids with me so if you were going to get crabby with a guest - it should've been me. One kid spilled an entire glass of apple juice everywhere ... then knocked ALL the utensils on the floor at breakfast (like 100 spoons, etc). The girl working the front desk was also manning the breakfast area, and she just pleasantly helped me clean it up with no issue. I will definitely stay in this location again.

It was a little after 11 and we were the only ones in the pool. An employee came in and told us that the pool was closed to kids at 11 and if anyone came in to pack up and leave right away. The reason this was an issue was we were already told we could swim and the employee had an extremely rude attitude. If we had known that kids could not swim after 11 we wouldn't have even bothered using the pool facilities.

There is a microwave, refrigerator, and a small coffee machine. The continental breakfast is more then enough. It had boiled eggs, waffles, yogurt, cereal, bagels, bread, fresh fruit, and sweets. A cleaning cart was parked pretty much right in front of the elevator, but no sign of life! We'll things calmed down after lots left for the wedding. Fortunately it really was pretty quiet during the night. I was kind of ready for noise with people returning from the wedding. The bed was very firm so I didn't sleep too well but I guess that's the breaks of staying in a hotel. We did go to the pool and there was a funky smell and the water was greenish. I think it needs a good cleaning or something with the filter. Our suits did have a weird smell so I soaked them when we got home. Hopefully they'll be ok. We did appreciate the bottle of water we got at check in. Thank you. As for breakfast there was no where to sit so we decided not to stay. That was a bummer.
