We were told there was no maintenance available until the following day at noon, so the shower ran all night (thankfully at a light flow). The next morning, management still didn't seem concerned and even told us to just leave it running when we checked out. I expect at least a basic level of hospitality. The lady at the desk offered to do it, but she was older and I'm not sure she would have been physically able to do that. The only vending machine at the place was out of order and the only ice machine was back down those stairs. Again. The outside pool was small but conveniently located.
