They will go out of their way to accommodate any request as best they can. In fact, I feel it is more like staying with family rather than an impersonal hotel! Everything was exactly as I expected it to be! This is my favorite hotel to stay at and I am always excited when I get to go back! So if you have a chance, check them out! When I checked the bathroom, the toilet paper roll only had a few sheets left on it, although there was a spare. The refrigerator was unplugged, so I couldn't store my leftovers in it. Worse of all is that there is that the locks on the doors are broken and the external entry ways aren't secured.

Unfortunately, our experience at Harbor 72 was a completely different story, and the food was the biggest disappointment of our stay. The food was extremely overpriced for the quality. The sweet corn appetizer was especially disappointing--it tasted like frozen corn with very little seasoning or flavor. The macaroni and cheese was incredibly bland and surprisingly had almost no flavor at all. The steak was the opposite--it was extremely over-seasoned with what tasted like a heavy steak dry rub. The seasoning was so overpowering that I had to scrape most of it off just to eat the steak. The garlic mashed potatoes were also extremely heavy on the garlic salt. There was so much that the flavor was completely overpowering, and I couldn't eat them. I really wanted to love Harbor 72, especially given the resort setting, but the food simply did not justify the prices. The resort itself was fine, and the staff was nice, but based on our experience, I would skip the restaurant or seriously reconsider ordering a full meal there.
