Four stars for what it's meant to be--a lower cost hotel option. No real complaints, but the main lobby area feels compact. This has had some nice updating, and the room was welcoming. We would choose to stay there again. The only problem was that it was popular in early September--we got the last room available and saw at least two other people turned away. It must be a popular stop on the highway between Spokane and the Kalispell/Glacier National Park area. read more

This place was a last minute stay on our way to Seattle. Room had fridge, microwave two full sized queen beds. It is located right off the interstate and across the street is a 50's theme burger diner. Breakfast was small. Had frozen omelets but once warmed in the microwave, it was delicious. Had bell pepper, cheese and ham. There was bread choices: toast, muffin and eggo. Hot fresh coffee that had International Delight French Vanilla creamer. Seating was very limited so we took our food back to our room Hot tub didnt look to be working when we came in, but as always we arrive really late. Last,the pillows. They were beautifully made and packed. They made me toss all night. I finally decided to pull the extra pillow cover out from the inside and found the pillow was no longer a rock and a regular pillow. read more

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Upon check in, I walk down the hall to the room. The carpet is filthy, full of stains, and smells like animal urine. The room smells like moldy fungus. I open the window blind and realize there is literally a piece of heavy machinery parked 10 inches outside of our window. There is no view outside because the heavy machinery is blocking the entire window. I open the window and turn on the AC to try and get the rancid smell out. The air conditioning coils are full of mold and the air reeks of mildew. The bathroom vanity top is so small you can't even set a hygiene bag on it. But here's where it gets really bad. We lay down to go to sleep. At 12:30AM I am awoken to what sounds like people above us stomping up and down on the floor. After 15 minutes of this, I finally walk out and ask the front desk to intervene. They play dumb and act like they can't hear it. The entire night consists of loud stomping above our room. Neither myself nor my mom sleep a wink all night. The only reason we didn't pack up and leave in the middle of the night is because next door was my elderly grandparents. So instead, we stay awake in our beds all night terrorized by the Montana Stompers housed above us. Oh, and in between the stomping we get to hear semi trucks flying by on the road because the rooms are right off the freeway and the old windows don't block any sound. Zero insulation or soundproofing between rooms. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! read more

This place far exceeded our expectations in terms of quality. The jacuzzi was so clean and really helped our tired bodies.

After 30+Hrs of traveling from South Carolina trying to make it to our final destination my husband and I ended up off our original route, deep in the mountains of Idaho, and approaching a road closure in the middle of a snowstorm. We were able to make it to St. Regis and decided it would be better to take more risk in the daylight. So we booked a room at Super 8 and we e are so glad they were not booked and we could rest peacefully. The front desk receptionist was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable of the roads and requirements in the area and outside the area. The beds were soft and cozy. Great stay! read more

I stayed here last year and was perfectly happy. What a difference a year makes. First of all, the walls are paper thin. They put a woman next-door to us with adjoining doors. She had two loud dogs. Then she decided to get on her phone and talked for two hours (late at night). I could hear every word. I finally knocked on the door twice and asked her to keep it down which of course she ignored. This is not the fault of management but an indication of how thin the walls are. She finally got off the phone and guess what? Fireworks started booming on July 30. I can't say for certain it came from the parking lot but it sure was close. I think it was almost 2 AM before we got to sleep. The free breakfast in the morning is very limited but I can deal with that. If you can believe it, their "dining room" has one small table & chairs. I want to reiterate that this is not management's fault but I just want people to understand what they are getting when they pay for a room at this Super 8. I will never stay here again. I suggest you keep on driving a little further and find somewhere more quiet if you value your sleep. read more

Very old Super 8. VERY picky about the animal situation, making sure you ask for an extra sheet for the animals if they sleep on the bed blah blah. Then again when I took my dog to the back of the building to poop I can see why, NO ONE CLEANS UP AFTER THEIR PETS! You people are disgusting. The TV sucks. Picture quality is shit. There is no internet. Room smells funky, A/C unit smells worse. Grateful for hardwood floors. Not that my animals have accidents because they are amazing, but I just hate carpet for pet rooms because I feel like that's asking for it. Lighting inside sucks. And bathroom is super small. Not like the Super 8 I stayed at in Iowa at ALL, which was AMAZING. No meat for breakfast--which starts at 6:30 when all the other hotels I've stayed at start at 6. But whatever because I don't eat carbs and sugar for breakfast anyway. Haha. Definitely would not recommend anyone to stay here. read more

The bedding was clean. My biggest complaint is there was hardly anything left at the continental breakfast. I was there with my kids. The waffles were gone. The muffins were gone. There were only a few pieces of toast. Two syrups. One type of jelly. The tables were dirty. The floor was dirty. But to make it worse, no one seemed to be working there. They were all packed into a side room laughing and carrying on. I made eye contact with them and they didn't care. then they filed past us and all went out to have a smoke break together. Forced by car trouble to stay here. The room was clean. The checkin was easy and they accommodated my dog. The hall carpet was worn out and smelled bad. The breakfast was all carbs and cold except for the toaster waffle. The WiFi was only barely useable late at night otherwise not at all. The cost of 100$ seemed high for essentially Motel 6 (lack of) quality. Appreciate their being there for me but wouldn't go there on purpose if any other choice existed. read more

The good: nice people at front desk. Rooms are clean, with comfy beds and nice pillows. Safe area in teeny town. Not so good: like most motels in small towns the rooms are dated and the same is true here. However, having dated furniture isn't as annoying as lack of outlets (or at least convenient access to them) for charging your electronics. I had to pull put a side table and unplug a lamp to get one, and had to charge my phone in the bathroom. The bad: couldn't get wifi to work, and they said they're aware of the issue and have had techs out. Normally i can use my cell phone as a personal hotspot for wifi but out here the cell phone service is SLOW (i have ATT, YMMV). Be aware if you need access for work. read more

It is a 1-90 hotel. It was right off the freeway which made it very nice for weary drivers. The rates were very reasonable. It was under $150 for 3 of us and 2 dogs. They had a nice continental breakfast. Beds and linens were very clean and fresh. Room was fresh and had no stale smoke smell. If your getting tired and need to pull off this is perfect. This was a stop over for a long road trip with the kids. Rooms were dated but comfy and clean enough for our little stay. The hotel still does have some smoking rooms, and you can smell it throughout the hotel. Super convenient to the freeway. It has this hot tub that's in this little dark room with an open door that looks right into the lobby. It startled me the first time I saw it. Mainly because there was a big, burley dude in the dark, starting right at me when I finally figured out what it was. He never looked away. Whooo. I just gave myself a shiver writing that down. Yes, it was our mistake- we had the wrong date on our reservation- but the very unpleasant desk clerk wasn't willing to negotiate the price and wanted to charge the rack rate. It was mid-week, there were rooms available and she was asking us to pay double. I hope the occupancy rate that night was low. We went outside, got online and booked a room at the Super 8 in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho for less money. And -fyi- the staff in Coeur d'Alene were friendly and helpful. I've stayed in several hotels throughout my ventures, Super 8 chains have never been known for elegance, resort style lodging. Here's what you get for 68.00 on a Saturday night. Easy parking, friendly counter staff. Clean facilities, spacious rooms ad a firm comfortable bed with clean linens. The king rooms have a kitchenette with coffee pot, microwave & fridge--nice to have for travelers. Desk, dining table and rocking chair also included. No frills, spacious, clean & comfortable. You also have access to free breakfast which includes coffee, tea, cold/hot cereal, waffles, yogurt, fruit and cinnamon buns. There aren't many lodging options in the sprawling metropolis known as St Regis, Montana. This place is worth every penny. read more

Easy access to the freeway, which also comes with the expected road noise. The room that we had was very spacious and ok for a night stay, price was ok. However our room was right next to the janitorial closet that was used many times during the night, starting around 4 am. We were also the closest room to the front desk and the morning breakfast area, so early morning noise was a bit much. Staff was friendly but also never bothered to ask how are stay was at check out, think they were already aware. FYI they will also most likely refer you to Jaspers Restaurant/Bar/Casino. Don't really know how to review this but here goes. Have delt with this facility over a number of years. Staff is and always has been exceptional. As for the current renovation which can be viewed in room ### there are new fixtures with new paint . . . and the room Still had the new paint odor which forced me to open the window all night. It's summer so no big deal but in the winter it may be. It's a place to sleep and bathe and hang your cloths. Of yes, the quality of the television picture was dependent on the cable connection on the wall. Move it around and you can get a clear picture, maybe. Again, it's a place to sleep. read more

This is a great motel at a great price. Easy access from I-90. Clean and comfortable. The staff is super at what they do. We had a special request and it was taken care of right away. Breakfast was good and so was dinner at Jaspers down the street. 10 percent off with your room key. Highly recommend and will stay there again.
