Got drawn in my the name and found a cute little bake shop. Lots of different sweet treats and lots of vegan options! I got the late night munchies cookie, I may be wrong in the name, but it was very good. Packed with chocolate, pretzels, chips, toffee? It was the perfect smash up of flavors

That tahini chocolate chip cookie with the sesame seeds on top will blow your mind.

We are "super" stoked to have found Super Baked downriver. Brand new and teeming with vegan and regular awesome baked goods. From super soft mouth-watering cookies of all flavors to savory scones, brownies, and rolls, they bake it. We even ordered a custom birthday cake for my son. Zack was awesome, and this place will hit that sweet tooth just right. Can't wait to try the cheddar-dill scone. Right on with Hair Mechanix and the amazing Black Pine Tree sushi. Go visit while you wait for your sushi takeout.

Listen, this place has some of the very best vegan desserts I have ever had, and I've lived in Los Angeles. Not only that, but the owners are incredibly friendly and warm, are so excited to chat with you about their delicious creations, and truly care about the business, their food, and the customers. Super Baked is a gem, please support local and give them your business next time you're looking for treats! My favorites have been the pumpkin trifle (frosting is a dream), the cupcakes, cardamom twists, and the tahini cookies. We found this place randomly and have been singing the praises since going in a few times for pickups. Highly recommend! And worth the drive for folks who don't live downriver.

Great name for us stoner's Super Baked means Stoned or Couch Locked and then the Munchies arrive. Well this place got you covered for a mother loaded of crafted munchies. Just opened Saturday very busy when we visited. Got a couple tables, Coffee n Juices for a dine in visit. Love the unique cookies, muffins and cupcakes. Blown away by the Ube Purple Cookies they also make a Ube Muffin. Ube be Purple Sweet Tater a incredible flavor my new addiction.

Stopped for the first time to get some Vegan and non-vegan treats. Everything was so delicious.

Finally had a chance to take my daughter after school and we loved it!!! So many great vegan options. We got 2 brownies, 2 cupcakes, a muffin, apple turnover, and 4 cookies, which left us with plenty to bring home and share with the rest of the family. Every thing was so delicious. It's very hard to find vegan cupcakes with the right texture and frosting- these were spot on!!! We will definitely be back!!

Tony Cannoli has always been a favorite of mine for nice Italian treats. This particular location…read moreis essentially a counter located inside of the Trentwood Farms grocery store but has everything that you expect out of a delicious Italian bakery. I believe they are related to Luca Pastry (same owner?) , which was a surprise when I picked up a business card and it listed both Tony Cannoli and Luca Pastry. No wonder I like both of them so much! I always get the cannoli here and usually one or two other items. This time I got: Italian/Sicilian Cannoli ($2.75) - The only difference is the topping studded on the ends of the cannoli. The Italian has chocolate chips while the Sicilian has ground almonds. Regardless of type, the shell is fresh and has a good cookie crisp, while the interior is filled with a ricotta cream mixture that is sweet, decadent, and very filling. The cannoli aren't made fresh to order, but I doubt they keep them in the case for longer than the day they are made considering how good they are every time. Eclair ($3.50) - The eclair has a thin chocolate ganache layer encrusting the top that melts easily in your hands. Underneath there's a thin shell of choux pastry that is generously filled with Bavarian cream. The cream is smooth and rich and not too sweet. Delicious! I especially love the Cannoli Paczki they have every year near Paczki day. They didn't have them yet when I went, but I will definitely be back soon to get some. If you're looking for some delicious sweets, give Tony Cannoli a try! Edit: I went back to Tony Canolli in February to pick up a Cannoli Paczki, this time to compare against two other bakeries in Metro Detroit. Cannoli Paczki ($3.25) - The ricotta filling is delicious as always. Sweet, slightly tangy, rich and dense. The mini chocolate chips studded in the overflowing filling is a nice touch to really tie down the cannoli twist. The paczki dough felt the most industrialized of the three places I tried. It felt kind of like commercial brioche - very uniform with what seems to be a decent amount of dough conditioner and stabilizers. The taste of the dough isn't nearly as developed as my top choice (New Palace Bakery). It also felt like the dough was maybe a little dried out, perhaps sitting out for a while in the display case. To be honest, I probably wouldn't have noticed some of these characteristics if I hadn't been doing a direct comparison and instead was eating this in a vacuum. Overall the paczki is still good. It's just not the best of the best.
