As for the people that I dealt with, ALL were very nice to the individual. From the sales/scheduler/biller/facilitator, to the designer, and each member of the work crew. And the plants themselves were top notch (and all at full retail pricing). As for the rest (i.e.: the job itself, the quality of materials, quality the work, the attention to detail, communication with the customer and between management and the crew, professionalism, work ethic, follow-up, overall satisfaction with the experience, etc.), I'll refrain from posting the 500 word review that I wrote, and let the rating speak for itself. Simply put, the experience was not what I had expected from a company with a 30 year history in the community. None of this should come as a surprise, as there were issues at every stage. Again...Nice people (the reason for a 3 star, versus a 2 star review). Maybe I just caught them on the wrong year/decade.

I would not have got it since I was t sure it would work out. I even requested store credit and the associate then underlined my receipt that it's a final sale. I've been in retail management for over 30 yrs. I would have returned it for the customer.

I got a text about 30 minutes later that it was ready! So I went to pick it up, and she pulled it out to show me, and to my shock I realized I had put the wrong date I wanted on it. I started freaking out and apologizing and she immediately told me not to worry, that she would fix it! She got the correct date, and told me to come back in about an hour.. Not even 20 minutes later it was ready for me, and it was perfect!!! Jessica was so amazing with helping me out today! I highly recommend going here for any personalized gift you need!
