killing some time before the boys lesson I walked in around 4:45 pm on a Thursday.the place was steamy and hot They had a huge variety of items with photos the lady with a blonde pony tail was on the phone when I came in she hung up the phone and greets me in Spanish and starts asking me what I would like naming several items that sounded good. I've never had a tostiloco and I was having a loco kind of day thought it would be fitting. The boy ordered a bubble gum raspado. And I ordered my tostiloco. She starts working on the raspado. Then takes another order then finally starts working on my tostiloco. 1 minute later she takes a phone call and has stopped working on my order. After awhile I ask the other worker how much longer it will take? The worker tries to tell Blondie on the phone that I'm still waiting. Blondie turns around after several minutes and tells me it's a phone call from the officials and turns away. End result I canceled my order the boys raspado left on the counter. Why the 4 stars? Blondie made it right she had her worker send me my order free of charge. I guess she remembered me mentioning my son was down the street. My tostilocos was crazy good! I know the Yelp Review count is low still because it's a new place, but trust me on this. The prices are so affordable here, and the service is so friendly - I was so pleasantly surprised to stumble upon this place!! Here's what I ordered: 1 Large Bionicos $13 Comes with strawberry, banana, apple, papaya, melon, granola, coconut, raisins, and sweet cream (almost like a yogurt) 1 Large Pico De Gallo $12 Comes with watermelon, cucumber, jimaica, pineapple, mango, tajín Both were very great, and the portions were HUGE for the price. All the fruits were cut fresh, and service was sooo nice! They asked us if it was our first time, and they gave us free mango raspados with chamoy (and those were so good too!!) They also have a huge selection of smoothies and green juices, and the portions are great for the price! horrible service, I went in asking for fresas con crema and they gave me something completely different. I asked to get it switched since I had already paiddd and was denied the plate I actually asked for and did nottt get a refund either. They kept my money and yelled to my face that I was the one in the wrong, they have a food business where the client should always be in the right. We were frequent clients until today, we're never going back. The women here have no costumer service skills and always just argue with clients because they're never wrong. read more

My fellow yelpers said this place was pretty good so thought to give it a try. Kid at heart so had a raspados and took a strawberry and creama to go. Fruit was fresh and gave plenty of cream and included at no additional cost items like coconut, raisens and granola offered. It was satisfying and refreshing. Don't think you can go wrong with a raspados (crushed ice n syrup) but not sure if the ice used tasted a little off or if it was the syrup. It was still good. Parking not the best so be prepared but service good and menu inside has tons to choose from. read more

Love this place. Come here regularly. Fresh fruit, great juices and lots of awesome snacks. Not sure what the person claiming about roaches, moths or other issues is complaining about. Maybe they were at the wrong spot. This place has cameras that even show the back of the shop and it's clean. I've seen people walk in and out to the back of the building but I believe they're renting a spot from the owner and honestly those people look kind of dirty and creepy so maybe that negative review stems from seeing them hanging out or littering, as I've seen. read more

This place is absolutely awful! I'm new to the city and was looking for a place where I could buy fresh juices fruit and raspados. I found this place on Google and came to check it out and buy a fresh juice. When I arrived an extremely rude older woman was washing the front of the store and asked me what I wanted. I excused myself for getting there while she was cleaning and asked if she was open. She rudely said in Spanish " Yes, have a seat and tell me what you want" I told her I wanted a fresh juice to which she replied " the juices are posted here, why are you looking around the store" (keep in mind the juice menu was behind me and I had not seen it) I asked her if I could get a green juice and she stared at me up and down making me feel extremely uncomfortable because she would not take her eyes off me. I told her I was new to the city and she needed to have a better understanding of customer service. I asked if she was the owner and she said "None of your business" She then said "God loves you and forgives your sins" She then proceeded to kick me out of the store! I was humiliated and offended at the fact of how rudely she treated me for absolutely no reason whatsoever!! Please do not give this store your business!!! Take your money to a place where you are treated with respect and where your business is appreciated and valued!!! I will never step inside this store!!! Absolutely the worst customer service. I gave her one star because it was the only option...she is a horrible person! I'm sorry that she lost a potential loyal customer that would have brought lots of business to this shop since I support local small businesses!!! I've been craving bionicos lately and this place was on the way home. I was a little overwhelmed with the huge menu on the wall, but the woman behind the counter was very sweet and patient with me. I finally ordered a small bionico and a medium juice. When she made the juice, there was a bit extra that didn't fit in the cup, so she asked if I wanted to drink some juice to make room in the cup so she could pour the rest of the juice in. Lol.
