The restaurant was spotless. I didn't go to the bathroom, but judging by the restaurant and what you can see of the kitchen, I'm going to assume it was also clean. I like knowing he used certified angus for the burgers. You can taste a difference. He also uses a local baker for the buns, and sources other things locally as well. You could tell he was passionate about his business and happily told us about different choices, helping us narrow it down to 3 different burgers, 3 different fries and milkshakes. We ended up trying the fried egg burger, Mac n cheese burger and bbq burger. All 3 were a hit for us. For fries we did chili cheese, garlic Cajun, and sweet potato. Again, absolutely delicious. For the milkshakes we chose a classic vanilla and a cookies and cream and they were both so rich and yummy. We will definitely be back. It was a 11/10 for us in all areas-- clean, hospitable, delicious, and wait time for food. The man that runs this place is so kind and it is awesome to support local business when possible. Im writing this after my food coma from Himalayan Fusion. My husband (with the long hair) walked into the food zone while I waited in the truck because I was guarding my new bike in the bed. He called me to tell me of the amazing, passionate owners he just spoke to and sent me the menu. I was astonished to see the selection that was offered in my quiet little country town. My husband told me that the owner said that the Samosa Chaat was an or**Sim in the mouth. I am telling you from the deepest part of my heart, this is a severe understatement. I am a very big foodie and I have been to some of the best restaurants Houston and New Orleans has to offer. The honest dear truth is this by far the best thing I have ever tasted. As soon as the first bite hit my tongue while sitting in my truck freezing, a Kaleidoscope of flavors hit my tongue it danced around from sweet, slightly spicy to exotic spices with a smooth coconut cream sauce that is beautifully drizzled on top of the samosas and is dressed beautifully with all the Indian and Himalayan flare of a Michelin star rated restaurant.
