Nothing to write about the ambiance as this establishment is located in a gas station. The service was patient and friendly. The food is the highlight here. Being from New Orleans, I really like eating establishments located inside of gas stations. You even have places to sit inside the gas station and eat. I am giving this place 5 stars based on location and the amazing variety of food. They have an entire menu dedicated to the keto lifestyle. That keto menu is what drew me to the place. Granted after arriving, I wanted to try the huge variety of flaming hot cheetos menu items, but that's definitely not keto! They even tempted me with an entire side of the menu dedicated to buffalo style...I like it here... They mastered the cheese shell for the burrito and quesadilla. The burrito has lots of goodies...but I need to research if tomatoes are keto friendly. Anywho...I ate it all! All in all, this is a place to visit ESPECIALLY if you want someone else to fix you a keto meal. I'll be back to try several of the non keto dishes. read more

I've been eyeing this place on yelp for a while and finally came by yesterday with my husband, yum Eeeee. There's sooo much on their menu it was hard to decide from the asada burrito or calibomb, I went with the calobomb because I really wanted those fries and sour cream in there lol plus I added rice. My husband got the flamin asada burrito which was perfect so i could try that one now hahah,When we finally got home and I took a bite of the burrito, wow! It wasn't really the flavor I was expecting, it was more and better. I didn't even get to try my husbands asada burrito because we finished our food before we even noticed :') The only thing I would say is i'm a really big texture person and some of the beef fajita was chewy, but other than that I think the rice I added was the perfect addition to the burrito! This place is a gem. They have so many options. The Keto menu is diverse & it definitely fills you up. Salads, sandwiches, and low carb options you sometimes forget about. They have huge juicy burgers, chicken sandwiches, and even steak options. The kids will love the "Flaming Hot" menu. I love the "Flaming Hot" menu & I am surprised. Don't let the location fool you. They double wrap their burgers in a white paper like In and Out, then wrap it in yellow paper. I thought I was ordering for delivery on Yelp but had issues changing it from pickup to delivery. I ended up having to pick up my order during afternoon rush hour. It took me 20 minutes to get there. My food was still warm! Calibombnia is located inside a Valero gas station. Seems like this keeps the gas station open for business. I'd love to see Calibombnia in a freestanding space with seating. I think it would do quite well. I ordered the Cali burger, which had bacon and avocado. Can't go wrong there! The bread had flavor, although the meat patty was pretty thin. I think it's the special sauce that makes it tasty. The fries were flavorful. I love the seasoning they use. Some fries can be a bit salty. The burger is huge, and the fries are plentiful. If you order through Yelp, there's only a selection for fries and a drink combo. It's nice to know, they give you a bottled drink. More soda sans the ice and styrofoam cup. I'd order from here again! Solid four stars. First off I am from Texas so I could care less about a "Cali burger" lol. If avocado is what makes it Cali well hey I guess. That's very not so original haha. Sorry I just bleed Texas. I like Cali too. My sister lives in sand Diego and I've been there several times. Nothing against my Cali peeps. Back to the food. The nachos with Doritos and hot Cheetos was a big mix off all kinds of good flavor. I would definitely go back and try more things off the menu. Also for 10.00 this definitely could feed two large adults or 3-4 kids. Huge and really good. The mixture of everything was really good but the beef they used was not the greater. It felt like they really went cheap here. Also they lost it as asada (fajita). These are not the same! This is carne asada. Fajita is skirt. This is not skirt! Fix the menu. Also I would really consider using a better cut of a beef. I will go back for sure. If you are in the area give them a shot. read more

Make no mistake, it's not just the keto that is good. I've worked my way through their menu. I've had their burgers - they are solid. I've had nachos - again - great. I've also had come concoctions with flaming Cheetohs -- it's all great. For those looking at a lower carb path - there keto options also taste great. I've tried their keto burger, BLT, quesadillas, breakfast tacos, sliders, chips and guac -- it is all great. This is a family-run restaurant. I love, love, LOVE the chorizo breakfast burrito. I usually get one every morning. Not so much lately due to some changes in schedule, but always hot and fresh. And even though they are in a gas station, we dined in. We met the owner, and she was very friendly and accommodating. They have a nice menu selection at reasonable prices. My wife ordered the Chilaquiles and I ordered a mushroom burger hold the lettuce, tomato, onion, and 1000 island dressing, add Swiss cheese and mayonnaise and a side of fries and a cup of nacho cheese for dipping. The food was fresh and delicious. The chilaquiles tastes amazing. The layers of flavors was fantastic. The mushroom Swiss burger was everything a burger should be, the fries had a nice crisp to them, done perfectly. We will be back for more. The owners goal, understandingly, is to have their own brick and mortar location. With the quality of food they serve, they deserve it. This has become my go-to place for keto! They offer a good menu for ketofied versions of a few of their items. The Cali Bomb burger being one of them, priced at under $7, it as avocado, two patties, and wrapped neatly in lettuce.. although it is still messy nothing too bad at all. And so delicious! Recently they have, or will, or might be adding, a KETO QUESADILLA. What is it? Melted cheese, till crispy, with cheese and fajita meat, along with a side guacamole and salsa. It is so filling. When I took that first bit of my burger my eyes literally expanded (according to my brother & husband). The burger was huge!
