The workers here have gotten super slow at the front end entrance of the shop. Place used to be quick, efficient and thorough. Now your lucky if they spray and wash your hubcaps on way in let alone clean them deeply with a brush. The dryers are much more effective and diligent. read more

Full disclosure that I am a huge stickler for car washes and in the area I have yet to find one that checks all the boxes for me. Personally I'm a fan of a hand car wash, the only one I know in the area is just an exterior wash and the drying process isn't the best. Super Car Wash is a machine which I'm not a fan of at least to run the car through frequently. In a pinch it does the job though. Splurge for the platinum package which gets the full treatment for the interior but of course subject to who is doing the work. I've gotten great interior cleaning and lackluster interior cleaning here. This most recent time they definitely didn't wipe down my entire center console etc which they had before. Make sure you go early on days they're open to avoid the crowd. read more

I went here early this morning, I paid $40 for a car wash. Interior and exterior. Mind you- I'm 9 months pregnant so I just needed to get the car ready for the baby. They ran the car through the exterior washer and then took it in the back to clean the inside. I'm not sure what was exactly done as the seats still had stuff on them, the floors were not vacuumed. I sent an email, but have yet to hear back. It's super disappointing that I now have to take it somewhere else for an interior wash when I already paid so much money for it. Shit job. Paid for the platinum and they didn't vacuum out the dirt, didn't hit the door frames, left the cupholders dirty. Don't recommend. Told me I needed to pay $200 for detailing to get the dirt out - car was already in pretty good shape. read more

Always True, you get what you give if you sit there and talk to the staff always go to tip the staff very friendly and always will go upon your direction. for example, I didn't feel the car was dried down nicely enough you know; the door jams, trunk whatever- cheerfully they went back and did it. They did not bring my car through the car wash, they took it to the back and when they presented it to me it was dirty. I tried to communicate with the workers but they did not listen to me, rushed me, and did not give me what I paid for. After arguing with workers and driving my car back around for it to be re cleaned they wanted me to pay another 30 dollars. So, they have a great tunnel that does a good job on the cars body, and they hand dry it to help have a spotless finish. However the rims always come out dirty. Most of the time they will spray the rims with acid then power wash. in my last 10 visit no one touched my rims with a brush, rag or anything beside a power washer which is not enough. I have their $39 or so a month unlimited gold washes. I drive approximately 750 miles per week and visit this facility 1-2 times per week. I wish there was a good $20 hand wash in the area that would do a great job as I would go there instead. After coming here for 2 years I am overall happy. However power washing rubber floormats is free to the monthly car wash club, but cloth are not, kinda frustrating read more

I came to this carwash with a friend "Super Carwash and Detail" located at 820 US 22 Bridgwater, N.J. 08807 with a mini van 3/31 and we figured out what service we decided on plus we wanted the mats cleaned and rinsed so our bill went from $17 to $25 and all was agreed on by us and the staff. When it came to the vacuuming part, we cleaned out everything for them to make room for proper vacuuming and immediately a worker said, "we have a line here keep your stuff on the seats (which needed to be vacuumed as well. So I asked him, "so what about the seats? Don't they get vacuumed as well?" His response, "I doesn't matter" Which I didn't expect so I removed the items anyway. The seats were vacuumed... Then, immediately some so called, "Manager" named "Oscar' approached us and stated, "you are holding up our line here and I'm not going to do any more move it along" The back of the van, the middle of the van and the mats we PAID FOR were simply briskly rinsed with no soap on them and the were put back dripping wet and I was forced to dry them myself. And when I did, the dirt was clearly visible so I entered the office to complain. "Mike" notified me several times, "he's coming don't worry" and I waited over 20 mins before Oscar finally came. I walked him over to the van, the whole whole telling me, "we are to busy for this shit' I was shocked and closed my mouth and showed him the problems. He instructed me to pull around the back of the building and vacuumed the van, told me, "no soap, they are just getting rinsed again" I reminded him several times that we PAID for this service....his response? I'm not doing it I'm just rinsing them again which at that time I noticed cleaner mats with soap still on them. So I followed him back to the van and I said, they are DRIPPING WET and he decided to start cursing at me IFO my friend and told me, "you are new here, dont ever come back and I informed him about how bad his customer service was and that I'll be reporting him to his bosses and onto the internet. My truest advice, dont ever use this place, every single one of them was rude, obnoxious and unprofessional and take you money, dont do what they're supposed to do and curse at paying customers....NEVER AGAIN (BTW, he told me, "I don't give a f*** a**** and walked off and refused to give me his name, I found out from another worker that his name is Oscar) I supervised 200 employees for 9 years and the customer always came first, especially a PAYING CUSTOMER....I wish there were 0 stars... read more

I used to work for a car company and know sand is a b*# to get out of a car - so I wanted service on it, but this is ridiculous - sand all over the car after the wash and in obvious places a vacuum could have taken it right out. $20 for a wash and I had to take my mats out and clean them myself. This is what their "top package" on a brand new- not even a month old- car looks like. Note how my mats are all scratched up now from them scraping the vacuum against it but somehow not cleaning it. read more

Had terrible experience today at Super Car Wash. I brought all 3 of my cars to be washed and had Gold Service and the first 2 were OK, but still had some bugs on the front that I ignored and cleaned when I got home. My third card had dirt / road grime on the rocker panels when it was finished and the guys outside just ignored me when I told them it was not clean. I went inside to speak with someone and a gentlemen came out and looked at the car and told me they could clean it off for an additional $20. I told him they should just clean it for what I paid. He told me no and started getting in my space and acting aggressive. I asked him to please back up and he then stormed off telling me he is done with me. Won't be going back, service is marginal at best and if you have an issue they don't care. read more

I have been a loyal monthly card member for a few years and this is the best carwash in Somerset/Hunterdon county. 2-3 workers pre-wash and 5-7 after the car wash. Really nice team and the monthly club is an excellent value. I am amazed that the reviews are not better. Hands down a great business. Very nice building a Koy pond as well. read more

I have been coming here for several years and I also have the monthly plan. I brought my one car here yesterday at 230 and was totally satisfied. I asked the gentleman at the register what time are you open until on Sunday. He replied 5 pm. I go home get my other car and come back at 310 and the place is all closed up. I went back this morning to wash the other car and I ask why were you closed. His response was it was too hot to wash a car in the heat. So they decided to close early. If you have hours please keep them as that's what business hours are for. read more
