Do not under any Circumstance go To this car wash either the one on Munroe Street or the one in Capital Circle. The wash took the clear-coat off of my brand new car. I was told by the assistant manager that their insurance company would take care of it and when I never heard from them I started trying to reach the manager, Mike. I have done everything I can possibly think to do to reach him. The phone number for both of the car washes isn't answered, and doesn't have a voicemail. I tried calling that number probably no less than 35 times at different hours throughout the day and different days of the week. I also started going there throughout the week hoping to catch Mike there. I started feeling badly for the assistant manager who clearly had seen this happen before. I finally started calling the Go Clean car I finally started calling the Go Clean car washes in Pensacola because they're related according to Sunbiz.org. The two in Pensacola had a voicemail and no one would call me back. I left probably four or five voicemail messages. I turned the whole thing over to my insurance company and they Tried to get in touch with someone and also found it to be impossible, so after the work is done, they're going to go after them through their own legal Processes. The other thing -- be forewarned if you get the monthly membership, there is no way to cancel it. There's nothing on the receipt you get that tells you how to cancel it, they have no website, and no one answers their phone. My bank finally had to turn it in under their fraud collection. I think this is the first time I've ever posted a negative review. I am very serious in my sincere warning to anyone, do not go here! read more

Tallahassee best car wash! I have tried every car wash in Tallahassee and especially everyone of the Whistle Express brands. Almost everyone of them have parts of their machines, broken certain things that do not work inside the car wash things that damage your wheels and this car wash absolutely has the best maintenance the best wash the best chemicals , and the results are evident at the end of this car wash by far superior than any other wash in Tallahassee and the ceramic coating that is put on at the very end they don't rinse it off like most vehicles they blow it off and it leaves your car super shiny. I would recommend this to anyone and it's probably one of the cheapest washes and Tallahassee get the best premium wash they have it's 50% off for the first three months. The car wash was like any other car wash. Nothing really stood out to me. Prices were fair and my car was actually clean at the end unlike a lot of other car washes I've been to. The gentlemen that were working the day I went to the car wash were very friendly and even on a hot day with no wind or clouds they were smiling and didn't look miserable. I tipped them just for that simple fact. They worked hard, they were respectful, and smiled at everyone. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because the vacuum area was really gross and the area I went to was missing a vacuum on the left side so I couldn't vacuum my car all the way and all the other spots were full. They somehow me up for a membership without telling me. Go Clean was swiping $20 out of my acct for a few months, then the price went up. I only caught it bc it was the day after Xmas, and I knew exactly what I'd been using that card for. Don't bother trying to call them. They won't answer. Call your bank and claim fraud. Good choice for new subscription. There's strong vacuum for your cars, and spray and towels for inside cars. Sadly, every time I went there, someone stole their towels. (There a note.) Once you subscribe the car wash, you don't need to input your information. The motion sensor read your plate, so it's pretty easy access. People works there are always nice. They have different options with varying levels including packages . The basic wash is $15/month for unlimited basic $7 washes . I just did a single $7 car wash. I may consider a package if I travel Long distances or many people use my vehicle. The very basic is $5 which just includes the car wash. The extra two dollars includes two guys manually scrubbing the front and back of your car. There are more options that include wax and tire shine. Vacuums for free for customers . staff are pretty friendly and I didnt encounter any problems here. read more

I am new to Yelp, but felt like I really needed to sign up to give Go Clean car wash at the McKenzie Markets location on Capital Circle a review. I have been a member there for about eight months. During that eight months, I have been turned away several times because the car wash would be closed for some reason. When I have been able to use my membership, the service has been lackluster at best. The manager, an older man named Mueller has been rude and unprofessional on several occasions. At one point, I asked him to just cancel my membership and I was told I would have to contact the corporate office to cancel it. The guys working there all seemed to have bad attitudes and never really put much effort into cleaning my car. Well, for the past 2 1/2 weeks the seems to be a new sheriff in town! Go Clean is now under new management and it shows! These are the same guys working there, but now when I pull up they are all smiling and greet me like they are glad I am there! I had an issue with my membership sticker and the new manager, Eric, took care of it and told me that if I ever have a problem to let him know and he would address it. WOW, what a difference! This guy is on the ball and as a customer, I am glad he is now there. Because of him I am keeping my membership! They still have some issues that need to be addressed. One being the members only vacuum area. There seems to be no policing of that area so all of these nonmembers are using the area and making a mess. They also need to get the blower hoses working again. I need mention this to Eric and he assured me that both himself and Mr McKenzie were working on these issues. Just one last thing. Make sure you go inside the store while you are there. It is one of the biggest, cleanest convenience stores I have ever shopped in and they employees always greet me and make me feel welcome. read more

This is what you call a great deal. Signed up online for $15 month unlimited car washes. They actually gave me the first month for $5. They give you a magnetic strip to put on your windshield so when you come back it automatically lets you in...pull up and two people pretreat you car for bug with a brush. Put your car on on the track then put it in neutral for the machine wash. The monthly plan is unlimited :) read more
