For a touchless car wash, it certainly gets the job done; however, I've experienced better. The drying system doesn't work well as it could easily be missed while exiting.

    auto wash soap suds remain

I have only used the touchless automatic wash here, never the self wash or vacuum stations so my comments are in regards to the auto wash station. I've been using this for about 2 years now give or take. When they first had this auto wash installed, it seemed great. Granted, if your car is very dirty with a thick layer of grime or tree sap or whatnot, you can't expect it to come out spotless. But generally, I ran my car through once every month or two and it would usually be enough to keep my car clean and shiny. I used to be very satisfied with it. Now, the wash is complete crap. I'm not sure what it is, maybe each wash/rinse/whatever cycle has been shortened or reduced in intensity/effectiveness somehow. But look at the pics from my last wash here, soap suds remained on several parts of my car. Also, there was a bit of bird droppings on a window that did not come off. Also, the price is now $14 per wash, up from I believe it used to be $10 or $12 (and actually did a much better job back then). I'm going to check out other touchless car washes and see if I can find a better one.

The touch less carwash will leave your car just as dirty as when you drove in. The self wash bays are good.

Just got the interior detailed of my 2015 Maxda CX-5 and it came back looking brand new! My fiance…read moretook it with him camping in North Conway and it was in desperate need of a cleaning. So I called touchless and was hoping to get an appointment and the guy said he could do interior today but if I wanted interior and exterior he wouldn't be able to do it until the weekend (I guess some guys were out on vacation?). But I said I more urgently needed the interior detail and would be totally ok with a regular car wash (with no wax treatment). Went in to drop my SUV off and the gentleman (named Tony) said it'll be ready around 2:30pm (my drop off time was 11am). Not going to lie... I thought I'd wait around assuming it was going to only take an hour... but I'm not going to rush someone cleaning my car! The owner (Tom) offered to give me a ride somewhere... I accepted (he was such a nice man!). At 2:20 pm I was told my car is ready and will be picked up in 10 minutes. YES!! I got back to touchless carwash and my car was out front and ready to go. I paid $100 and left a tip for Tony. My car was washed &dried, tires cleaned and shiny, undercarriage washed, and the interior paneling was cleaned (even the little nooks in my gear shift), leather seats were cleaned and conditioned, my two sets of carpets and the car carpeting were all vacuumed and shampooed!!! Like I said early I was hoping for just the interior but they threw in the car wash and tires in too. This was an awesome deal and a great experience! Thank you Tony and Tom!!!! I will see you again next time.

Note: This is regarding their Touchless "The Works" wash…read more Let me ask you all something: what's the point in spending $20 getting a car wash when a good old fashioned rainstorm is just as effective? I went in to get the salt off my car, and plus in these winter conditions, having a wax coating helps. I take pride in my vehicle, so I went for The Works. Touchless to preserve the paint. It could very well be that I am pulling this out of thin air, but it felt like the most basic of washes. A coating of soap, a rinse, blow dry, and out the door you go. All of the extra bells and whistles from The Works package to make my vehicle look extra crisp seemed to be MIA. Not only that, when I got home 10 minutes after going through the tunnel, I found only the top of my car had gotten properly cleaned. One could argue that what I was seeing was salt from those 10 minutes. However, spots where I had run my hand several days prior was still visibly cleaner. Like I said: just wait for a rainstorm courtesy of the Man above, rather than throwing $20 to the wind. Oh, and one final nail in the coffin: water spots galore. Superfans of my "reviewalyses" will know how much I love when I get my car washed, and then I have to go home and finish the job. When stopping in and seeing that Prestige was in the process of taking this wash over I thought "Oh great, another local car wash gobbled up by the growing monster which is Prestige. Afterwards, I am left hoping that Prestige can salvage the dumpster-fire that is the Hancock Street Car Wash.
