Oh boy... You know that triangle at the base on your windshield where the wipers don't touch? Or for that matter the ring on its outer limits? Imagine you leave a car wash and it was still there! I wish I were kidding. I ran my fingers with almost no pressure over it and muck went away. Some hours-old bird dung was also not removed in full. You can have all the pressure in the world (and it is impressive); but if you can't clean such basic items, what are you doing?! I did opt for their highest end wash because I wanted the bells and whistles of hot wax and ceramic coat. I don't know what they were going for, but it flopped. Wax seemed like a light spritz. It mixed with water droplets on car (so much for being hot, eh?) and was soon rinsed. Same thing with the ceramic coating. I considered benefit of the doubt, but there was no beading from rain a few days post. It's all a gimmick I say! If you have access to a garden hose, or a good old fashioned rainstorm, save your money. If you must... don't even think of going for the Platinum Plus (or w/e their highest end wash is), it's all a bunch of hogwash. Though it is so shameful, I am going to scratch the wash, and say "It's all a bunch of hog." read more

For a touchless car wash, it certainly gets the job done; however, I've experienced better. The drying system doesn't work well as it could easily be missed while exiting. read more

They updated this car wash and l am not to happy with it. No more using quarters in the self serve bays, which would have been nice to know before l got $10 in quarters. I have been using this car wash for 4-5 years because it is around the corner from my home and it was self serve, which l like. However, l will not be using it again. After making change l only had $20 bills left so the only other option l had was to use my debit card. Yes the self serve bays now take debit/credit cards. It ended up costing me $10 for 3 minutes. I only wanted to rinse my car and vacuum. I looked up the website to either email them or find the number so l could call and explain what happened. The car was is touchless, which in theory is great. No swirl marks! Well, the car wash doesn't clean your car. I took a newer explorer through and it didn't clean. The back still Has visible dirt and there is still dirt and salt all over the car. Stay away! $11 wasted read more

Such a great car wash! The no touch wash always works fantastic and every wash gets the undercarriage. The vacuums accept credit cards which is huge. The self serve wash always works fantastic too. Great value will come back every time. read more

Who like road kills? Which is worse, killing the darn bugs that just refuse to get out of the way or scraping off their carcass? My front bumper and grill was graveyard heaven so I swung by to attempt spraying off all the protein. $3 for starting up the self wash bay and a continuation of quarter sucking black hole to use the dang power spray. I wish it had an alarm so I don't have to keep staring at the machine to see if I need to add more quarters. I thought Boston's meters were a rip off till I met this quarter sucker! If I didn't have a bike rack on my roof, it would probably be more economical to go to a full service wash station. read more

The touch less carwash will leave your car just as dirty as when you drove in. The self wash bays are good.

I have only used the touchless automatic wash here, never the self wash or vacuum stations so my comments are in regards to the auto wash station. I've been using this for about 2 years now give or take. When they first had this auto wash installed, it seemed great. Granted, if your car is very dirty with a thick layer of grime or tree sap or whatnot, you can't expect it to come out spotless. But generally, I ran my car through once every month or two and it would usually be enough to keep my car clean and shiny. I used to be very satisfied with it. Now, the wash is complete crap. I'm not sure what it is, maybe each wash/rinse/whatever cycle has been shortened or reduced in intensity/effectiveness somehow. But look at the pics from my last wash here, soap suds remained on several parts of my car. Also, there was a bit of bird droppings on a window that did not come off. Also, the price is now $14 per wash, up from I believe it used to be $10 or $12 (and actually did a much better job back then). I'm going to check out other touchless car washes and see if I can find a better one. read more

So mad at myself. I read these reviews but still went. I too am disappointed and can confirm that everything stated in the other reviews are true. My car was dirty going in, dirty going out. And I paid for that! Also, the end button doesn't stop right away so expect to pay an extra dollar. Yes, you're tipping for horrible work in the self service portion of the car wash. read more

Dropped by after work to clean some brake dust and bugs off my car. The touchless seemed like a great option and was impressed when I was going thru it. Got out to throw some garbage away and it looked like my car was never even washed and now I have horrible water marks. That was a waste of 15 bucks! So I pulled into a self service to do it myself and spend another 5 bucks. Such a waste and frustration! read more

I enjoyed the first time i came because they allow you to use your card to pay for the vacuum machine. but this time, i swiped my CARD ONE TIME. then added a DOLLAR cash for "more time" and i checked my bank account and they took $10 from me. doesn't help that there is no one to contact. but doesn't seem like i should pay $10 for 5 minutes of vacuuming. read more

As a basic car wash, it works fine. There's never anyone around if you need help, but if you just want to quickly use the self-service wash/vacuum stations or touchless automatic wash without any assistance, it's all fine. Nothing there will get your car super clean or looking brand new, but it helps keep the grime and salt off. read more

Went here to vacuum my car. I spent way too much money trying to find a vacuum that had an adequate amount of suction. First one was very weak. Second, had no strength to pick up anything. Third one was so weak you had to spend three times the amount of time and money to do a basic clean than with a good vacuum. Not worth it. read more
