Affordable!! They fold ALLL your clothes and pack them so neatly! This will definitely be my monthly spot so I can keep water down.

I frequent this laundromat to launder my huge, king size Winter comforters. It seems to always be crowded. However, staff is also always on site to assist when needed. Many washer size options. Extra large washers are available to clean big items! The garbage cans are overflowing outside of the entrance. Not cool and needs to be maintained. read more

Love this place! The machines are top-of-the line; They always work, and the laundromat is spotlessly clean. There are always several staff there, and they will help you unload and load your car. Super Clean has free WiFi, and big screen televisions to entertain you as you do your wash. Drying is free here. You use a card in the washing machines, and each wash gives you credit for three 8-minute drying cycles. It is even quick to do laundry here, as they have special dryers that are very fast. My shirts are dry enough to hang in 8 minutes, and things like slacks take 16 minutes to dry. Very cool. There's even a nice snackbar at Super Clean! read more

It's been 25 years since I've been to one. I wouldn't know what to do If Victor wasn't around to assist. You now use refillable cards to use machines. That's customer service in a place where you least expect it. If only they played house music. read more

I love this laundromat! They will assist you to with bring in your laundry from the car and taking it back to the car. Sometimes my cart gets really full and I'm thankful for their assistance. Also I've used their wash and go service which is fabulous. You just drop off your laundry and they weigh it and tell you when to pick it up. Great for busy people. I came in with high hopes and was very let down. This place was INSANELY crowded. I could barely move, let alone find two washers next to each other. On top of that, the staff was incredibly rude. When I first got there, it took me a few minutes, but I finally found the two machines that give you a money card to use the washers and dryers. A customer is using one, and an employee is leaning on the other talking to him. He saw me standing there, but totally ignored me and continued to block it until I finally asked him to move. The lady working at the cash register/snack bar was even less helpful. Like I said, I know very little about laundromats, so I asked her a few questions, and every time she acted like I was the most bothersome person she had ever encountered. After using the dryer, I decide I want to buy one of their big laundry bags, so I go to the counter and she tells me my total is $2.99. I hand her three dollars, which was all the cash I had on me. She then suddenly tells me it's $3.14, because she forgot to add the tax in, which was "her bad." I fumble around for my credit card, and then she tells me that the minimum card charge is $5. Really?? I don't know why my experience was so different from everyone else's. There were no employees waiting to help me bring my things in from the car or to explain to me how the machines worked. All I experienced was a mad house with unfriendly, useless staff. I think I'll stick to doing my laundry at my apartment. read more

Sorry to say i have to change my review.... Location is no longer kept clean, borroq the keys to the restroom, and it was nasty. Upon arrival you are no longer acknowledge at all. No help is provided with loads... nor when you leave. At least thw machines work... but dissapointed. read more

By far the nicest laundromat I've ever been to. It had been awhile since my last visit to the laundromat - in other words, I was clueless. The employees here are incredibly friendly. One of them helped me bring in my clothes then proceeded to help me every step of the way to get my wash going. If I need to use a laundromat again, this is the only place I'll go. read more

I went here for the first time today, at about 11am on a Saturday morning. I was greeted at the door by an employee, who took my cart and showed me inside. It was busy, but there are LOTS AND LOTS of machines, so there was no wait time. I was able to get three washers side-by-side. To run the machines, you have to purchase and load a money card. There is an automatic teller to purchase cards from, and a bill breaker. You can use a credit card or cash to load the card, but you need $1 of "real money" to initially purchase the card, so be sure to come with at least $1 in your pocket (the bill breaker only goes as low as $5 bills, but an employee at the counter was able to break a $5 for me). The entire place is very clean and the employees are helpful and friendly! A load of laundry was about $5, and you get free drying. I have only two *very minor* complaints: 1) there isn't much by way of waiting room, a couple of chairs and small tables only, 2) the laundry carts were, at times, at a premium and difficult to find. Hopefully my own washer and dryer are fixed soon, but if I need to use a laundromat again, I will certainly come back here! read more

We have to use the laundromat for a bit so even though I hate laundromats, we had no other choice. Thankfully we came here and this one definitely changed my view. As soon as we pulled up, the friendly woman employee rushed over to us with a cart so that we can load our laundry. After we finished doing so, she promptly came by again and wheeled our cart into the facility for us. Purchased a card for $1 but that goes into your account automatically. If you deposit over $20, you get 10% back onto your card! The smallest load is $2.99 but you get free 24 minutes usage of the dryer with any wash. The place gets super packed after 10am so if you can try to come as early as possible! We made the rookie mistake of not holding our spot, so we had to wait to fold our clothes. Then after we finished, the employee spotted us again and took our carts back out to the car! She did this for EVERYONE and it's amazing how quick & on top of it she is. Major kudos to her. We also got to speak with the owner for a bit and he's very friendly as well. Highly recommend this place! Very clean! read more

Super convenient with the ability to use a credit card. For $10 I did all my family of 5's laundry including bedding. Amazing value, nice and clean and super efficient. I would absolutely recommend this place. I only gave it 5 stars because on a Sunday mid-morning it was very over crowded but all in all good. read more

Our washer had a little blow out, so I took my soaked comforter and sheets here and had a great experience! The customer service was excellent, especially a gentleman named Victor. He saw me carrying my load from afar and actually came with a cart to the middle of the parking lot to assist, then load the washer and then proceeded to help get me a card. You can fill up the card using your credit card, which is nice. I used the big wash for my jumbo-sized load, and it was a pretty quick cycle for both washing and drying. I was in and out in a little over an hour. Also, while waiting, you can purchase snacks or use their wi-fi to help pass the time. Another option is to walk around to the other shops in the shopping center. They have stores like Hancock Fabrics, a dollar store and Rugged Warehouse. I would warn that I tried to call in advance to ask about their hours of operation and found that the person on the phone did not speak English. Like many other laundromats in the area, they are open late, so it was not a problem. :) For any potential future needs, I'd definitely come back. read more

I love how clean this place is. I only go here for pickup and drop off service. I love that I can get my comforters cleaned same say for cheap. I've only done clothes there once and they did an amazing job especially folding. read more

I hate that it gets so busy here but I understand why. The washers are huge and they have a great snackbar including coffee and tea. The staff is nice and someone will usually help you wheel your laundry inside and back to your car. I have never come here and not found parking. Also their supplies are not crazy expensive if you forget bleach or something. read more

I have only been here once so this is based on my first experience here at SuperClean. I came here on a Sunday afternoon becauae my washer in my condo is currently broken. I have not frequented laundromats many times and have literally only been to one other location in Wheaton. I initially walk in to get a cart for my clothes and to say it was busy is an understatement. This place was packed. Music is playing. Kids are in abundance and it's virtually spotless. There are plenty of washers to choose from in the front and many more in the back. I luckily got 2 washers right beside each other. $4.99 each. You need a laundry card in order to pay for the machines. They cost $1 but that gets credited to you. I added $20 to my card and got credited $22. Can't beat that. The bathroom was so clean. I was amazed. Not because I expected it to be dirty but because it was so clean with the amount of people that were in the business. So far I give this place 5 stars. They have not disappointed me but surprised me. read more

The people that work there are very friendly and the place is very clean. The patrients that are there, are not roudy and the place is treated with respect. When i didnt know how to use the machine for money,one employee showed me how to get the card, and that on another helped me add money to the card. There was a big screen tv and nice christmas decorations. The place is brightly lit and was not your typical run down laundromat. They sell food and drinks and laundry detergent, fabric softeners. No broken baskets. And parking isn't too bad. I have since gone back and everything is still the same and friendly. It was so clean there, I even ate my lunch there while i waited for my clothes. I wasn't afraid to leave my clothes if i needed to. There are timers on the washers and dryers. When i went out to have a cigarette, i left my personal laundry basket in one of theirs and i came back to find their basket not there, and mine was neatly placed on my washer. Also i was not afraid about getting robbed or anything of that sort. This place is very family oriented. I would recommend this to anyone. read more
