I came here when our washing machine needed repair. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the facility, as well as the professionalism and efficiency of the ladies working there. One of the women kindly helped me through each step of getting a laundry card, selecting the right sized machines, and using the machines. Even on a weekend, I was able to use a small and medium machine next to each other, and the loads only took about 30 minutes each. I just needed somewhere to wash my comforter, but Twinbrook got me covered. Plenty of machines of all sizes, with plenty of dryers along the walls. Be smart and bring your own supplies, but if you forget like me they got plenty behind the counter you can buy, alongside your laundry card. Even have carts you can use for your loads, or to bring stuff to your car after folding. I will say personally I've needed the extra rinse whenever that's an option. Every time I've filled the suds to their recommended level, my clothes always came out soapy. Either leaves you with doing that, add less soap, or an entire extra cycle depending on how bad it gets. But honestly, in-and-out experiences in a clean joint is all I need and I can get it here. read more

This place is always clutch. Lots of different size washers, and the dryers get toasty hot for fast drying. We come here when we have lots of laundry that we want to crank through quicker than at home or have bulky items like comforters and bath mats. The staff are so nice and efficient! They'll teach you how to load money onto the card and the most optimal machine size and timings for your particular items! It's so helpful if you don't have a clue. It can get very crowded and busy with tight parking, but that's to be expected from a place that's clean, has lots of machines, and where the staff are helpful and kind. Bonus is that there's a food truck in the parking lot and you're close to the shopping center next door and across the street, where there are grocery shops, markets, and restaurants. read more

A relative lives in a different town and wanted to wash their comforter. Their machines aren't really large enough for it. We visited three nearby laundromats and they were either not as clean as could be or felt unsafe. So I said I'd take care of it back home. I have a laundromat a few blocks away but I've never used it. When I got there I saw that it had recently gone out of business. Had to turn to Yelp to find one. This place was not your typical Laundromat. It is very clean and bright. The woman (Cindy) who was working there when I visited was friendly and helpful. (She gets 6 Stars!) It is in what seems to be a safe neighborhood. Though, I was there in the afternoon so don't know how it is at night. There are many machines and I was impressed that there are 5 sizes of washers to choose from. The prices are clearly displayed on each machine. And on the wall by the card machine. For those of you who don't go to the laundromat often, here are some tips as to how things work at this one: On your way in, grab a rolling laundry basket if you need one. These looked almost brand new and seemed to be solidly constructed. First, buy a laundry card for $1 from the machine to the left of the attendant. I think you may have to use cash for this. Using the same machine, add value to the card. You can use a credit card if adding $10+. Use cash if adding less than $10. The washers have a multi selection knob and a couple buttons. And a couple displays that make it easier. There is a comforter selection so I chose that. On top of each machine is a set of four cups for detergent (liquid/powder/main wash/pre-wash), softener, bleach. I'm not sure how to use both bleach and liquid detergent in the main wash so ask. Anyway, read carefully so that you pour the correct item in the right cup. Note that there is a step stool around to make it easier to reach the top of the taller machines. Your purchase of a wash cycle includes 24 minutes of drying. This is linked to the laundry card you used for the washer. Note that when buying drying time, it is sold in increments of 8 minutes. Therefore 24 minutes is three drying periods. Set the dryer temperature before inserting card and check it before pressing start. Once started, I could no longer adjust the temperature. To use your free drying minutes, after you have set the temperature for the dryer and closed the door, insert your card and remove it. That will add 8 minutes. Do this two more times and you will have 24 minutes. I used the free 24 minutes before adding any more time and my comforter was completely dry so I didn't need to purchase any more drying time. However, my drying was done on the default high temperature, which I didn't intend to do. See note above. All in all, I paid $1 for the card, which I can use whenever I go back, and I paid $9.59 (65 pound washer plus Comforter setting plus heavy soil plus extra rinse). I didn't need to pay any extra for drying. Seems like it did a good job and so much cheaper than taking it to the cleaners. Oh, I think that there's also an option to have the attendant do your wash. Didn't catch how much that costs. I think that this is the most positive review I've ever written on Yelp. Who would have known it would be for a laundromat?! read more

This was a very good experience. I wanted to quickly wash clothes and all the house comforters so I decided to go to a laundry mat. Found this location with good reviews so decided to try it out. This was an absolute win. Very clean, friendly attentive staff, accept cash and credit, right beside a convenience store (in addition a very popular food truck) and attracts respectful customers. Atmosphere I know you can't control who comes to your business however some laundry mats seem to attract a very undesirable crowd which makes the time you're waiting very unpleasant. Fellow customers at this location were to themselves and moved quickly, in and out. No loud talking or hanging around socializing. Parking Don't let the parking lot fool you, most of those cares are going to the food truck. Availability There are a lot of open machines I got 7 different sized machines immediately. It was amazing I was able to spread my loads so I could do a deeper cleaning. Cost Very reasonable, good quality machine with various settings with various price points. I come here all the time and on today Sept 9, 2023 I was washing my clothes. I used 3 machines at $4.99 each. In 2 of my machines I didnt see any detergent in the pre wash or the main wash. I spoke to the attendant here and she tried to help me. But when I called the owner SUE and told her that the detergent must not be releasing from the vestibule into the machine, she tried to tell me that it must be type of material of my clothes. Well I wash the same damn clothes all the time. So why have I seen soap every other day except today? So I guess I have to take my wet unwashed clothes some place else because I just lost my money here. The owner SUE didn't offer to pay for another wash for my 2 that didn't wash and she didn't offer a refund. DO NOT WASH YOUR CLOTHES HERE!!!! If you lose your money you just have to suck it up. Honestly probably the best laundromat I've been to. Staff there is super friendly and helpful and present to help with any questions or problems should there be any. The machines require you to purchase a laundromat card which costs $1. The machines cost different amounts based on the size. This time I went with a medium machine because I had a lot of clothes tho a normal load could fit in a small and they have large ones in case you have to wash bedding or other bulky items. I found the prices to be quite reasonable with the small being about $3 the medium about $4 and large I believe $5. Each wash comes with 24 minutes on the dryer free too. Additional 8 minutes in a small dryer is a whopping 30 cents or 40 for the large. Like I said it's very reasonably priced. For me, the 24 was plenty of time to dry the clothes on the high setting. Overall whole process took under an hour and under $5. Will be back. read more
