World's Best Car Wash! Not kidding. Driving back to Texas today after two weeks and almost want to stay because of the awesomeness of Super Clean. I live in a city of 6 m people where it rains a lot, and we have a lot of great car washes, but none this good. Wheels so clean you won't recognize your car, brushes so soft the car was purring, and the vacuums will take the seat covers off if they are loose :). People are really nice and I took advantage of the 1 month super wash, and it paid off double in 2 weeks. read more

If I could give zero star I would. They talk you into their monthly wash, hand you a pamphlet and you should be good. Their wash ripped off my entire back wiper. It was not loose it was in perfect working order. We have only used the wash 5 or 6 times since going on the monthly plan. It is going to cost us over $100 to have it repaired. My dealership said that they get vehicles weekly with the issue from the same car wash. (not sure why it says I am in Florida, I am a Rapid City resident.) read more

They did a fantastic job on cleaning my car and the bug filled front after a long road trip. The employee helped me choose a proper wash then advised me of a BOGO half off wash offer that I could use later. (I used it the next day after traveling in dirt roads). Very good vacuums post wash. I would definitely recommended this car wash and would get a monthly plan if I lived in the area. read more

Driving from IL to ID. We've never seen these many bugs on our windshield, so we stopped here for a car wash, for safety reasons. The bugs were impairing our visibility. The front of the car was pressure-washed by hand before going in the tunnel, and they worked on those bugs very intently. On the other side of the tunnel they give you clean towels for you to dry your car if you want, and free vacuum. This may be the best car wash I've had in my 18 years of owning this car. read more

We were looking ti get some major grime off the car that we accumulated driving across Montana the day before and decided to try Super Clean. They were very friendly and once we went through, we stopped to vacuum the interior. The employee in charge came over to us and commented on the amount of ice still on the bottom of the car. He told us to come around again vso he could chop some of it off with a tool he had, commenting "We can't call ourselves Super Clean without getting the worst of the ice removed. We went through again and he spent about 10 mins chipping the bulk of the ice from under the wheel wells newbie seen hedging us back through the wash a 2nd time. To pay $20.24 for the Ultimate Wash that includes a $3.00 Upgrade and the pull my vehicle out with spots all over my hood and the back end of my vehicle not cleaned improvements definitely needs to be done. To top it off to inform the owner that there is an attendant that keeps manually pushing in your motorized mirrors and the owner telling you that she'll inform the attendant of the issue. Then within 5 minutes of that happening the attendant does it again. There needs to be some more training done fir the staff. read more

I have used Super Clean car wash hundreds of times with no issues until January 12, 2023. I took my brand new Kia Telluride through the car wash on West Main and the car behind me ended up rear ending my vehicle causing deep scratches on my bumper. I brought this to the attendants attention to which the manager was very rude, he was screaming, shouting and cursing at me. The other attendants who were very helpful got a hold of the owner Todd Ossenfort for me but he was no help either. The equipment some how got the vehicles to close together causing the car behind me to bump into my vehicle. The owner was no help what so ever about the situation and refused to make it right, saying I would have to use my own insurance fix the damage. This place is a joke and I will never use any of the Super Clean car washes again or any business owned by the Ossenfort's as they refuse to stand behind there business. Stay away from this car wash and any business owned by the Ossenfort's if you desire good business practice. read more

Bent my license plates both front and back which is very aggravating. Also left hard waters spots on my car and there's still mud/dirt on my windows/windshield. Overall worst experience at a Carwash I've had. read more
