For those using the self wash stations Beware!, they put blue dye in their soap brush chemicals. Since the brush hose leaked out about as much that came through the end It not only dyed my hands blue but my $80 pair of pants! Great waste of money and time. I took my car through this wash after dark. The next morning I went out in my driveway to see scratches in a circular pattern all down the driver side of my car. I immediately went back and reported the damage to the car wash. My complaint was met with attitude and accusation from the middle aged brown haired woman I spoke with. I filled out an accident report and was told I would be contacted back by the owner. Over a week had passed and I had not been contacted by anyone. I called them to check in and got the number for Todd, the Owner. When I spoke with Todd he said there was no way it could've happened and I must have scratched it. My car is BRAND NEW!!! It's a 2020. I baby it in every way, despite having a baby I park in the back of parking lots so I don't get doored. My vehicle had to have been scratched through this car wash and they are refusing to take responsibility. read more

If I could give negative stars I would...NOT impressed & would NOT recommend this car wash to anyone. Went through the car wash, OR attempted to, on Saturday & the rail system pushed my vehicle off the track so my tire was punctured & my rim was ruined!! The manager on site was great & agreed that it was not our fault & said it would be taken care of. Wow was the owner on a total different page....VERY RUDE & tried blaming us & said he will not pay for the damages. Even hung up on me on the phone. Not bad for what you pay. I got the most basic wash for $7 and it was good. The free vacuums were nice, worked well and the hose was long enough to go in the front and back seats of the car without straining. You have to push the button every several minutes to keep it turned on, but it was super nice to have them there for free. (That was my main reason for going there.) I agree with the other reviewer, the dryer at the end of the tunnel isn't the best. They offer towels to dry with but I didn't care that much. I'll be back there again since the vacuums were free and the tunnel wash did a good job! read more

Todd. You are correct I did curse and was NOT happy although I did Not hang up. As far as hanging up I assumed that you did I did not and the call was interrupted for whatever reason. I was in the office and told your manager that you must have hung up one me. my question to you is if this is such a cut and dried situation and was my fault why have I not been offered this "Tape" so I can review. You have my contact info on your "incident report". So I guess here is where I am at. If you are will in to let me see the tape for myself and are willing to send it to me and if I am in fact at fault I will do a new review and apologize for the current reviews And post a good review. It's a self wash station? and I assume it's open 24/7. I went at 10:15pm and was able to wash my car myself with no issues. 5min 38 sec for $4.25. No way to dry the car besides spot free rinse that I saw. The machine takes credit card which was awesome! Got my car rid of all the bugs and junk from my drive from California. read more

Not a bad place to get your car washed after the snow melts in Rapid City. I liked that it was pretty quick in and out, but I did notice when I left a long line had formed. The prices seemed pretty reasonable. I posted a pic of the prices. It was nice that there was someone to pressure wash the front of my car before going in and there are also free vacuums. Things I didn't like was the dryers at the end. The dryers didn't seem to do too great of a job and left a lot of water on the car. And the brushes missed some spots on the car. Overall I liked it because it was quick and easy and it had a nice undercarriage wash to help remove the dirt and salt buildup. read more

I took my vehicle thru the wash today. My tire went flat halfway thru the wash. When I took it to the tire shop they told me something had damaged my valve stem. I contacted the owner Todd and he told me he wouldn't pay for the repair. So, a crappy car wash and $200 later my tire is fixed. Will not even use that wash again read more

I bought a car that had sat up by the cement plant for months before I got it so it had quite a build up on it. I signed up for the monthly pass at Super Clean Car Wash to get your car washed once a day for $25. It took about 4 washes to get all the cement dust washed off and it looks great now. It is so easy to just drive up to the payment center and it reads the tag they put in the window and away you go. I would recommend Super Clean Car Wash to friends and family. read more
