The donuts here are tasty. We tried the apple fritter, powdered jelly donuts (blueberry, strawberry, and apricot), and old fashioned glazed donut. Their savory items look delicious too. My boyfriend and I went to this shop a few days ago and we just wanted some good donuts. My boyfriends donut tasted pretty good but I got the chocolate sprinkle donut and it was terrible. I'm not sure what happened with my donut. Maybe it was a bad batch or there was some kind of cleaner contamination but the chocolate frosting tasted like what nail polish remover smells like. I took one bite and couldn't eat the rest. I really thought i was going to have some kind of food poisoning caused by whatever was in that frosting. This place is as good as the reviews. The maple donut melted in my mouth. Definitely fresh donuts. Not only is it close to my neighborhood, but can't beat the price either. Not a fan of these donuts at all. The place just smells of an odd oil smell - like old oil almost- and the donuts are greasy and just weird tasting to me. It's clean and bright but just not a fan of the donuts at all. Also I ended up just going inside as the drive through took forever. read more

Pretty awesome little donut place. The kolaches are good waaaay better than other donut places. This place is close to my family's place so whenever were going over early on weekends we stop by to grab donuts for the whole fam. My mom is usually pretty picky but she likes their stuff... She has mentioned that its always fresh. There have been times when the hubby is ordering a ham and cheese and they pull a fresh one out for him. Their customer service is pretty decent. They are always friendly and courteous while helping with your order. Sometimes there's a little line so we have to wait a bit but were usually in and out within 5 minutes. Every other weekend my three year old wakes us up at 6am to get doughnut holes from this little joint, and I don't mind the least because they have the best boudin kaloches I've every had!! My wife loves the blueberry cake doughnuts and the apple fritters, while my teenager is more than happy with the chocolate doughnuts and any of the other kaloches. My family and I decided to try this doughnut place out. They had a variety of items but we think their glaze is way to sweet. It was very over powering in sweetness. Great little doughnut shop. Soft buttery doughnuts with not to much icing. I dislike Krispy Kreme because they go crazy with the icing. Ive had donuts from here before and i do not remember them being bad. My son and i went to get donuts today and we got some chocolate donuts along with other ones and the chocolate legit tasted like chemicals! They were horrible. I was hoping it was just me but when my son who is 4 threw his donut in the trash because it was NASTY i knew there was a problem! Best kolache I've had! I got the regular size sausage and cheese and it is amazing! Their glazed donut was also wonderful, even better than Krispy Kreme because it was fluffier and the icing wasn't too sweet. This the worst donut place in schertz and the worst donut place I have ever been 2. 90% of the time I go there they r out of the donuts you want. They just don't have donuts. If u r there before 11am u have to wait 20min to get your donut made. They close at 1pm. If you show up at 11:05 there will be nothing there and they will not make anything 2h before close. I have been there at times and there has been no Donuts. There staff is fine but they do not ever have donuts. They have became a huge wast of time. Since most the time I go there they don't have many donuts. Not even the basics like glazed and a sugar donut. I don't rite reviews but they r a wast of time and no diffrent from any other donut place. You might aswell go to Shipley or HEB. At least HEB has donuts:) read more

Great donuts here and an excellent selection. They have seasonal offerings as well as a modest coffee selection and a full drink case to save you a trip.
