    The employees were very helpful and my car is now spick and span. I would one hundred percent go back. Great experience.

After my overwhelmingly negative experience with the the owner today for a follow up interior detail I had scheduled for a week, I withdraw that review. I am trading my car in today, so of course trying to put my best foot forward to get the best price. Had the exterior done by Motorcity, and while not perfect, it was good enough for this trade appraisal. Made the appointment, paid the deposit, got the receipt, got the job number. Today, 20 minutes after Motorcity was supposed to show up and failed to do so, I call. The "guy" on the phone today starts giving me some excuses about not confirmed, etc - so I gave him the receipt/job number, the day I made the appointment, the day they sent the receipt, etc. They took my money, I expected the service and was counting on it, since my appraisal is today - the last time they serviced my cars they were over an hour late, but I let it go because the young man kept me informed. When that excuse did not work, the "guy" today then says it is raining (it is not) so they are not coming out - I said that they had never let me know that, not contacted me, and left me hanging - I said it was also just an interior detailing (the car is in the garage) so I did not understand the weather issue. He said it did not matter and he could not control the weather - never apologized for failing to extend the courtesy of a call. By the way, rain was forecast all week, so they could have called or texted at any time. Additionally, today, there was no rain from 1030 - 1230 (appointment was at 1030) and only 0.4" in the last 24 hours! Not sure how that prohibits an interior detailing, but I am confident it did not affect the phone services that would have allowed the simple courtesy of a text!! I was stunned that they took my money, but never let me know they were not coming - took off work to be there. He then said he would refund my money, but not even a simple apology or offer to reschedule - unreal. So I asked to speak to his manager and he tells me he is the owner! That lost my business right there. The last man that helped me was courteous, understanding, detail oriented and kept me informed via text and phone (so at least he knows how that device works). Unfortunately, this is a case where the employee does not reflect his poor leadership/ownership - totally left me hanging with no recourse. i was counting on them, and they let me down with no communication. If I had not called, I would have waited around all day on them. Simply disgraceful customer service. Grade: F

The 2 was given because the person at the desk…read more- Destiny - was extremely rude and unpleasant with myself and other customers waiting with me. Destiny made comments such as, "I'm just done with all these people" and "I'm over all these people" when we asked when our vehicles would be completed. My understanding is the the one gentleman had been waiting over an hour and a half - two hours past the time he expected and she was mad he asked for an update? When she went outside, my family members that were waiting for me in their car, heard her talking about me to other employees and other customers! This is UNACCEPTABLE. In addition, she made an error in checking me out, so she told me I would not be charged for the addition. After I left - without notifying me - she charged my debit card the addiontional charges. When I called to ask why, I was hung up on three times in a row. I sent a message to the text message and asked the question; her response that she should have asked management first and she was going to charge it anyway. Again - UNACCEPTABLE! I was not even told this before they charged this to my card. We have a second vehicle to get done. After her rude and unacceptable behavior and the way she talked about me, I will find another business establishment. I hate it for the employees that do the work. She ruined it for the us all.
